The people here are usually nice and friendly, and they tolerate my feeble attempts at being a comedian. Oh, and theur sandwiches are top notch.
I went to this subway on 3/6/22. I walked in at around 7:40pm thinking they closed at 9pm. When I walked in I was greeted with the question asking if I was there to pick up an online order. I said I was not, and continued to stand there waiting. There was a man in front of me. The girl behind the counter was explaining how slammed they were all day, and that she did not even get a lunch break that day. Several minutes went by and I was still waiting. Another girl came from behind the back area and said “oh. We are closed.” I responded with “I have been waiting here and it’s only 745pm you don’t close until 9.” She then said “we are closing early and our manager will be upset with us.” I explained to her that it was very poor business to randomly just close down, and not have the girl at the counter (who was making subs) say anything since I was there waiting already. It wasn’t even 8pm yet, and she was telling me they were closed. I ended up walking out, because I was very disappointed in the service. I come to this subway all the time. I hate going there in the afternoons, because you never know how the service will be, and tonight was absolutely horrible. I hope the management really looks into who was “closing” their store last night. I was not the only customer in there, there were around 2-3 others who came in after me. Just disappointing.
Waited 10 minutes while online orders were made that came after I did.Sandwich"artist" tried to serve me undercooked bacon- twice, had to tell him to throw the bacon away, tried to cook it on the microwave with something frozen.If food safety and customer service is important to you, don't come to this subway.
Smaller than a typical Subway but very clean and well operated. Food was great quality even an hour before close. Employees are friendly and efficient.
Ordered two foot long subs on 10/16/21 online....picked up early...subs were cold and not toasted as instructed....sub toppings were switched..bread cold and soggy.....its obvious they can't read. I will never go near this place again....
Absolutely amazing the girls that work there always know how to keep a customer smiling! They are very hard working and work well under pressure and know how to get people in and out in no time! Amazing work! Will be going back!
What is the point of saying your OPEN till 9 P.M. if that is a LIE! Your lazy employees locked door 15 minutes early. When I tried the door they got up and turned out the lights at 10 till 9. Please amend your hours to the laziness of your employees. Please and Thank You.
Very stingy with the amount of meat they put on my sub for the price. Will not be back.
Horrible customer service and the girl making sandwiches got snappy with me because I asked her to repeat what she said because she was WHISPERING. Snatched the receipt and yanked it at me. Won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes instead!
