Steakout’s great. This location, however, hires awful employees that hate to work. Just trashy.
I usually don't talk about steak out but today I had a bad experience. My go to is the loaded baked potato with grilled onions.Today when I finally got the potato there was no cheese, sour cream, butter or bacon, plus my grilled onions weren't grilled and it took almost 35 minutes for my 5 minute order and before you say "oh, well they're always busy", no, I ordered this morning around 11 just so I wouldn't haveto deal with that problem
Made a quick stop for steak tips while in the city. Amanda took my order. She was very detailed and attentive. Her awesome customer service skills are hard to come by.
Awesome place to be so small workers were moving around like a little worker bees getting the job done pretty much a laid back environment, steaks may be on a little bit on the thin side, over overall my experience was pretty good.
Steak Out is one of the best restaurants that Madison has to offer. The food is always cooked perfectly and the service is top notch - the steak tips are as good as it gets! There was an incorrect item in my order, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right.
Excellent customer service, my food is always prepared the way I like it. Fresh, Hot & delicious. Even though there are other locations, I always choose this one for the reasons above.
I tried them for the first time yesterday and I must say that everything tasted great! The workers were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the yummy that went in my tummy ?? I loved it!
Our go-to when we are feeling carnivorous and not feeling like cooking. Also love their baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. And when we call in big orders they always get everything right.
