As an educator, I receive tons of Starbucks gift cards and I will not return to this location due to the manager Kari. She told me that she needed to charge me $1.25 for vanilla cold foam for labor.... I explained to her that I had bought the same latte two days in a row and did not understand the new charge. She stated it was because the baristas had not been trained properly yet. She continued to tell me that lots of charges were being added now. Very disappointed teacher and former patron!
Hard to get in and out but I can't blame that on the staff. Other than that it's a great Starbucks
This location should get an award! An award for the slowest Starbucks in history. 45 minutes through the drive thru…And to top it off they made my order wrong. What a waste of time and money. Never again from this place.
Glad this location popped into existence since my last visit to the island. Would have given it five stars for that and the fantastic staff alone (who gave me a free protein box after I clumsily dropped mine) were it not for the broken nitro machine :-(
Coffee is good, the parking lot can be hard to get into though. Not the best location for somewhere so busy.
The service here has become so poor, I've given up on Starbucks altogether. Now i make my drink at home and take it with me. Avoiding the problems at Starbucks has improved my day a lot!
It took 30 MINUTES at the drive-thru, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. I mobile ordered and used the drive-thru since there weren't many cars in line. There was no way to leave the line once in it, unless you're willing to hop the hedges (which I considered 12 minutes into the wait). The customer service was friendly and my order was correct BUT the drive-thru time was a nightmare!
I literally go to this location probably 5 days a WK. When there's a barista outside taking orders service is usually pretty quick. I've definitely waited in line for 15 mins or longer when orders are being taken at the speaker. The other thing I want to point out is friendly service. For the most part the baristas I come in contact with are very friendly and have a positive attitude. However, there is one on your team who is the exact opposite. I pull to the window and he gives my total and literally says nothing else. Hands me my drink/food and that's it. Doesn't greet and doesn't end the interaction with have a good day, thank you for stopping by today, nothing. No personality whatsoever. I'm assuming that's not how you want your company to be represented. I will get his name the next time I visit this location, but at this time I don't have that info. I pay around $11 each time I come here. It would be nice to have a friendly experience and not be ignored like I'm a burden. On a positive note, thank you to all baristas who are friendly and offer great customer service.
It's Friday afternoon and they're fairly busy, line moving fast and i just got the best oat milk latte ever, and the people are super friendly! Definitely recommend:)
This is by far the slowest and worst Starbucks in northern Alabama. The drive through stays backed up onto the main road because of the sheer incompetence and insanely slow work ethic of this store as a whole. Expect to wait in line forever and get the wrong coffee 50% of the time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
