This is for the Starbucks located inside Target. Multiple times we have been now and the barista, Erik, is always so kind and professional, despite being slammed and the only one behind the counter! Really appreciate the pleasant interaction, it’s hard to come by these days!

Drive through employees was very rude. She got my order wrong and decided she should have the attitude about it instead of me. They also gave me a busted cup. The solution was not to put it in a new cup, but to just put a cup under it to catch the liquid spilling out.

I want to REMIND the staff to double cup hot teas!! It hurts to have boiling water spilled out of the cup!! And I know you don’t want a lawsuit!!
Great coffee and they are very fast. I love the online pick up option through the app it makes it so much easier to get your coffee and go. Would for sure recommend their vanilla sweet cream cold brew it is so good with an extra jump start for the day
HALEY WAS THE PERSON WAITING ON PEOPLE. I ASK FOR A CROISSANT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE COLD SHE HAD CUT THE OVEN OFF. I HAVE BEEN GOING EVERY Monday NIGHT FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE NEEDS TO GO. WORKING FOR THE PUBLIC IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR HER.
Terrible, my frappe was watered down milk and no flavoring! Straight trash. Retrain your complaining staff.
