First of all, Starbucks needs more locations south of 72 in Madison. There aren’t any Starbucks on my way to work so I’ve started stopping in here. Every time I come there’s only one person working during peak hours in the morning. The line gets so backed up because the one person has to take the orders, make the drinks, heat up the food, etc.It takes longer to get a coffee here than it does to go the opposite direction of my work to a Starbucks. I feel so bad for that one person stuck doing it all with impatient, grumpy people who need their coffee. There needs to be two people during peak hours
Poor customer service on the phone and it shows in the reviews I called to let them know that the Google listing says you have a drive-through when you don't. And that was proceeded to be told that they told the management and they won't do anything about it
Absolute insanity to pay 8 bucks for a drink but call me insane because I'm addicted to the Iced Matcha Latte.

okay so almost every time i come here i get some kind of iced drink with sweet cream cold foam, and the same african american girl is usually at the register. i order my drink like i would anywhere else and she always makes comments and has a rude attitude when i order it for some apparent reason… i don’t know what the issue is of me getting sweet cold foam but she needs to fix her attitude with customers cause i will not be coming back here anymore. justice is her name, i believe.
Red cup day at the Kroger Starbuck's on Wall Triana. 6:22 am... 22 min after opening. No one here.
This review isn't about quality or the staff. This is about this stores choice to close its lobby. Having only a drive through weakens the brand and makes me think twice about Starbucks. Once a quality place to escape work/ home for a moment and meet with friends now seems a bit more trashy, as if it's just a drug you need to pick up, not a real human to human experience. Not only that but only having a drive through causes traffic to back up past the street light. Is that not a fine able offense? Chic filet had to pay for a whole new traffic light and system for doing that on 72.
Apparently ordering a Frappuccino with light ice is a laughing matter here and is cause enough to be disrespectful to the customer. Never had an issue with ordering a drink with light ice at any other Starbucks. It's a little weird that it makes the drink-making process so difficult. It's like placing a leaf in front of a line of ants.Disrespectful staff will make fun of you while they make your drink and also after you thank them and head out.They also stand there and talk to each other for a few minutes before tending to the awaiting line of customers. There's no reason to be so rude to a customer especially when they're being over-the-top polite despite being treated horribly.All in all....these people need Jesus and a good as* whoopin from grandmaI advise everyone to contact corporate about this matter because leaving reviews on Google really isn't enough to bring about a change. The staff literally need to be fired according to these reviews.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the girl at the counter “Justice” was extremely rude. Didn’t acknowledge my girlfriend or I in line for a good minute, when my gf asked about if they had a drink she said “no.” She couldn’t hear her under her mask, so she asked again and got back a very smart “nooo”. I could’ve lived with that, until when our drinks were finished, she tossed the straws down, didn’t say anything and made my girlfriend’s drink wrong. This specific Starbucks was not good. Don’t go here.
