I dont get the popularity.Food not very good.I've been there only once in all honesty.This is not a fair assessment.
Cold stale fries. I'm certain it was a food safety problem. The Texas toast on my grilled-cheese burger was barely toasted, and there was about a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on it. The staff are clearly not focused on quality.
The food at sonic actually sucks! I have never had a decent meal here at all. The drinks however are always good and that was what I was there for the natural lemonade slushy.
The one at 72 in Madison, the little boy Kenny,, that works the speaker, couldn't get an order right if he tried, kids now days are just plain dumb. fast food future for sure,
They regularly short my diet cherry limeade. Almost never receive my cherries. Usually don't receive my limes.
First of all, they had their lights off, I'm guessing in hopes that people wouldn't come, that should have been the first sign. But the burger patty was very old and dry, and they didn't put the tomatoes on my sandwich. The onion rings were also luke warm.
Just stopped in for a snack of hot mouth watering, delicious Mozzarella cheese sticks and a delish Strawberry milkshake! These are two of my favs off the menu at Sonic! The young man who delivered my goodies straight to my vehicle was very sweet and kind! I couldn't see his smile behind his mask BUT I could definitely see it with his beautiful eyes! His momma, grandma or whomever is raising this young man should be proud, he uses his manners and is very kind! Job well done server! It's a delight to hear kind words with a smile.Thank you kind young man, you are appreciated!
They close early like every other place, including their attitude. Work in a sit down restaurant and it's amazing how these places use short staff as an excuse. Try having ONE chef on a Saturday night and still taking a table 1 minute before we close. Get it together. There's no way corporate allows this all the time.
Fast service and excellent food delivered very fast. Drinks were awesome and shake was delicious! We’ll be back!
