Ordered through the app 5 mins prior to arriving. Checked in the stall and have been waiting 30 mins. Pushed the red button after my order went off the screen. The ordering screen says we will be with you shortly that was Atleast 10 mins ago. There are Atleast 5 other people here as well with a similar situation going on, it's hot ?, idk if they don't have employees or if they are just busy or what the deal is. Third time I've visited this location with the same results. I think I'll go somewhere else next time.Just informed they couldn't find my order :( showed them in the app and where it took the $$ out of the bank account. Employee stated they will work on it and get it out ASAP... We shall see how long that will be.
HORRIBLE. Didn’t have any slush available for me and my 5 year old. What kind of sonic has not slush left. Unacceptable. Broken kiosks, horrible service takes way to long.
I place my order ( large lemonade and large water) in the app and it took at least 12 minutes for someone to come to my car to tell me that they didn't have lemonade and offer me another drink. I'm not even sure if I paid more for the lemonade then I would have the slush that I ended up getting. The young man who brought my order out was very nice. It just took way too long after ordering in the app while I was sitting at Sonic and then immediately checking in.
I did a mobile order for two fountain drinks and checked in at a stall to wait. It was crowded and I did not mind waiting. After 20 minutes, I hit the red button and was told that they were only serving drive thru now and the employee turned off communications. I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. This location will never get my business again. I had to reach out three times to request a refund. If the stalls are closed, put signs up or at least tell people. I was not the only person frustrated and this could have been avoided with simple communication. Most people do not mind waiting if they are aware of the situation. 0/5 stars
Absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever seen. The last 4times I been there they've been either out of something or a broke machine. Today I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a really large order - large slush. Manager came over and said the stalls were closed. Even though they just served 2 cars. Let's blame it on Covid
This sonic is always busy and always friendly. We use the app for the drink specials and it works great. Their fountain drinks are always excellent ?
I love these fake 5 star reviews…as you can see they have no description attached. I left a negative review a month ago and they had it removed. This is consistently the worst sonic in Madison County. The owner doesn’t care either as he/she hasn’t done jack **** to fix the issues that continue to arise. What an embarrassment as a “owner”. Do something or give it to someone who will!
Waited 30 minutes at the window as the drive-through was moving and nobody told me they were short staffed or anything. I got out and three other cars were having the same problem, so we all left. If you are short staffed, only open the drive through!
I love sonic but I have sit in drive thru and in a stall for 20 min never got waited on. I keep coming back in hopes to get lunch.Today will be my last time.Try to call no one ever answers.
Ordered 2 Oreo cheesecake blast and literally we each had a mouth full of the cheesecake cream?? Wasn’t mixed at all. Oh and instead of Oreos we got waffle pieces like we wouldn’t notice. All they had to do was communicate if they didn’t have any.
