Waited in line for over 30 mins just to receive the wrong drinks. I then asked for a refund and returned the drinks just to wait another 20 mins for the refund.

I went there this morning to get the BOGO deal. I was not allowed to get the deal, because their awards system being down and couldnt be honored. What does that have to do with me? They knew what deal I was referring to when i referenced it and its in app, but I couldn't get the offer. If I wasn't hungry, I would of left the one I got there.

Drove across town to try and get there before they closed. Got there three minutes before they closed, and they completely ignored me. And then started mocking me and deriding me. These people should be fired.
My son and I went for the first time a couple of days ago. The service was great and the smoothie was unbelievably good. We are going back today. I’m hooked.
I was just there and ended up walking out because after at least five minutes, none of the three employees even acknowledged my existence, even though all three of them saw me standing there ready to order.
