Great customer service and very good food
This is a roomy location with clean facilities and fast service!
Girl charged my card, started laughing.. said it was the wrong log in and she needed to re swipe.. so I looked at my bank account and the money was taken out.. then the managers trying to lie to me and tell me how my bank is going to re fund me… don’t eat here, do yourselves a favor and travel to the other location.
I have been a customer for many years and I got a large deluxe original tonight and it had absolutely no meat on it. The sandwich was nothing but tomato and lettuce. I usually love this sandwich but tonight I was terribly disappointed.
Hole in the wall sandwich shop. Salad was okay. Sandwich was mostly bread not much ingredients. Looked a little sketchy inside. But didn't kill me so not a problem.
The original is one of the best sandwiches and the pickle spears are real good but you have to ask for them
The portions get smaller. The prices get higher. I have always loved this place and previously gave 5 stars. The girl at the window is rude and argued with me about what I was ordering and clearly didn't know what the menu says. I was reading off the menu! You can't hear anything through the speaker at the drive thru. They need to fix it. There are too many good places to get a sandwich here. The owner or manager, who is usually at the window is much friendlier.
Food was good, ample portion size, staff very friendly. The only knock was the sourdough bread was a little disappointing, pretty plain taste. Was expecting more flavor.

This location has the best tasting fresh and hot sandwiches. The manager/owner is always there and is very friendly. Welcomed us to Madison when we told him we relocated here. We've eaten here several times and the friendliness and food is always consistent.
