we went for the first time last Wednesday and the two ladies were very friendly and the lady taking our order helped on what to order. it was all good, will definitely be back. ??
I've been going here A LOT and a few of the baristas and I are on a first name basis. the butter beer latte is my absolute favorite great coffee, friendly staff, and very chill atmosphere.

The atmosphere is great. The baristas are very friendly. I would give five stars for ambience and service. However, I have visited several times and ordered various drinks and I can never taste the actual coffee in them. I truly recommend that this shop considers getting a different coffee source that has a better and stronger flavor. I want this place to succeed! Many well wishes from me!
Hubby and I tried Rocket City Coffee Company for the first time today, and will definitely be back. The decor was so cute and inviting, and the young lady who helped us was warm and kind and helpful. Aside from that, the coffee was DELICIOUS! I had the Almond Joy coffee - hot - and he had the Oreo frappe. If you haven't tried this great local cafe, I highly recommend it!
Oh my goodness, this Place!!! Always a surprise to make you smile. This morning I walked in to live music...a harpist playing hits like The Long and Winding Road... beautiful!! And of course GREAT coffee and fabulous gifts and treats. There's always something new to try. You can tell they work hard on their menu with new offerings. And I love the array of seasonal crafts and items you can buy from local vendors. RC3 is a wonderful small business that everyone should frequent. I support this shop over it's overpriced chain store competitors Any Day.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Rocket City Coffee Company!!! The Staff is AMAZING and the coffee is too!! I just love being able to walk in and they already know what I want,(I am a Snickerdoodle Latte fan) I love that you are welcomed as soon as you enter, I love the friendly/ clean environment, and I just love being able to place my order and not having to worry about them being completely out of almost everything that I could possibly want nor do I ever have to worry about them having a sour attitude or them making me feel unwelcome. I could go on and on BUT just know they are the BEST!!! Give them a try…you will not be disappointed!
I am in Madison for a few days to visit my granddaughters. I took the little ones to school and started looking for coffee. According to Google, Rocket City Coffee Co was the closest to me. The outside was nothing exciting, but the interior was cozy and inviting. After consulting with the barista, I decided on the Butter Beer coffee (caramel & butterscotch). It was SO GOOD! I am planning on going back every morning that I’m here!!
Such a cute place to get coffee! A little out of the way but totally worth the trip. Coffee was delicious and the baristas were super happy to help. It was very well decorated and they had a few good breakfast options! Definitely worth making a trip out here.
Went up North to check this place out. Ordered a small Americano that contains two espresso shots for $4, which is a bit pricey to me. They said the espresso uses a medium roast Hawaiian. Unfortunately, it tasted very generic to me. I couldn't taste any unique flavors in the coffee. The staff was nice though and the atmosphere was nice as well.
