Gooder than a Mug!My experience was quite good. The temperature of my pizza, the taste of my pizza, and the speed at which they delivered, was absolutely exceptional.
Been here a few times now, and the staff has always been friendly, and the food ready quickly. Big fan of a well done, double pepperoni, pan pizza.
This carry-out location used to make better pizzas than the dine-in on Madison Blvd. It's been about 6 months due to covid and we were shocked. The prices have almost doubled, and the quality is gone. We got a large Supreme and the mini Cinnabons. The bottom of the pizza was soggy, only 2 or 3 pepperoni slices per slice, only 3 or 4 small sausage crumbles per slice. The Cinnabon were hard and doughy. Only the plentiful icing made them edible. We will not go back to Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut by far is has the best flavor of any take out pizza. Combine that with the fact that you can place an order, select a time of pick up and get your order through a drive thru what is there to not recommend. LOVE Pizza Hut!!
It was easy to order, my order was ready when I pulled up to the window and the lady that was working the window was very busy, but she was really nice.
My wings had almost no sauce on them. I had the boneless ones with garlic parmesan. There was only sauce in the bottom of the container. Bi had to go all the way back to the store to have it corrected.
I am happy with the service I always get from the pizza hut on 72east Madison AL. They are always very quick to deliver and always correct with everything ordered as well as always using my points. I order from this particular pizza hut about once every week. Thank you all.
Pick up was easy and convenient with the drive up window, order was ready quickly and everything was as ordered. Fresh and delicious!
The food was amazing as always! The Cajun fries and cheese sticks were on point! The staff is super friendly I will be going back there again!
