I was expected same quality as downtown piper& leaf. I ordered cafe latte, my son had chocolate chip cookie and chai. It took so long and both of the drinks were so sweet like sugar drink. The employee trying to fix but that made more horrible. We dumped the drink.
Very nice place and I feel comfortable ordering here. Haven't had a bad tea yet! I tend to forget my glass but you don't need one to get a drink.

Always loved this place! They have different types of both caffeinated and non caffeinated teas as well as someboba and plain lattes. They also have merchandise like stickers, jars, straws, tea bags, and more! I recommend getting the Sunrise Chai!
This ice cost >$7 lollllllI loveee creamy flavored tea - and P&L’s are delish but holy cow they are already expensive and on top of that are entirely all ice ? Very expensive 15 seconds of my life it took to drink it. Not going to lie, it feels shady.
Awesome drinks & service in a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Two punch Tuesdays are great, too. Only wish they had more couches. Love P & L!
Something different and Something for everyone. The tea here is fantastic and you can get it in several ways. Definitely not grandma's sweet tea.
The consistency is missing. I live in Madison and this one on 72 taste watered down. I’m not sure what’s going on but I do go the the one downtown on my lunch break and they’re great.
