Terrible service. Ordered pizza and it never showed up. Waited over two hours. Called the store and they gave some garbage excuse about a truck blocking the driveway. Said the order was “now on the way”. 50 minutes later still no pizza and the store is closed.Would avoid ordering pizza from this establishment unless you like giving money away for nothing in return.
We placed our online order at 4:45pm. We did not get our food until 7:13 pm...after multiple phone calls.
I may have been here on an off night but the pizza and cheese sticks seemed like they'd been in a hot box for an hour. I'll try this location one more time to see.
LONG HAIR BAKED IN PIZZA. Also, they forgot the bacon strips that i paid for. We ate those pizzas anyway cuz we had already waited an hour and a half for the pizzas, its dinner time. So I forgot to call numerous times throughout the week because of normal life stuff. And today I call and the lady who said she's the assistant general manager said I confused her to why I didnt call before. I told her i took pictures that day. And she says she doesnt know what to do cuz I waited so long and ill have to call her gm tomorrow. No apology or anything.
Just go to Pizza Hut. This location's delivery drivers are poor quality. They will throw your pizza on the ground instead of waiting for you to get to the door. Sometimes will not ring the doorbell so you will not even know how long your order was outside. Just take the drive to the Pizza Hut down the street. At least it'll be hot and in your hand.
I visited the store today for lunch around 1:00pm and let me just I was very amazed by the gentleman that assisted me. He was making orders and greeting customers all with a smile and by himself. I really wish I would’ve got his name! I really appreciate you and the great experience I received! It so easy for people to leave a bad review but hardly express the good. He really deserves to be recognize for working alone and still delivering great service with a smile!❤️ Thank you!
Horrible! The pizza was cold and not even close to a New York style pizza! Where was the extra cheese I paid for? The only good thing was the 2ltr bottle of Mt Dew. The driver was good as well.
I ordered a pizza with the works but no black olives. The pizza came with black olives and it was so spicy hot we could not eat it.
We ordered a pizza and sides on Wednesday Nov. 17th. It was horrible. Cold, OLD and not correct. When we pay this. Kind of money we should get what we order. Never had problems with this store before. Very disappointed. I think I'll stick with Marco's.
Michael our delivery driver was such a pleasant and welcoming face. Times are busy, staff is short, gas prices are high, those of us working are putting in twice the work because of staffing issues. I know mistakes happen, Michael left our Pepsi at the store, BUT he didn’t hesitate even the slightest to admit his mistake and correct it. It wasn’t long before he made it back to our door with the Pepsi and a smile. The value of understanding how to admit your mistakes, own them, and correct them is a lost concept for most people this day in age. It means the world to us that Michael still holds these values. Sir, you’re doing an amazing job hopefully others can learn from you!!
