The team really out done themselves. Asked for a well done pizza and the made sure it was golden and crispy.
Garlic knots were black they were so burnt! Tried to call and complain and they put me on hold. Waited for over 10 minutes and hung up. They should not have sent those out! Completely inedible!
Had complications with the app. I received the wrong pizza. Called the store and they had no concern with my order. Hate to give a bad review but I won't spend $26 on just a cheese pizza with no sauce ever again. I ordered a meat lovers pizza
Ordered a pizza pretty late in the night and they were super accommodating despite being short staffed. The manager even called to keep me updated on the order. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Horrible experience, delivery time was 32 minutes and after 45 minutes I called to remove tip and was told I couldn't but they could refund the whole order. I thought the manager was taking responsibility since my order had not arrived and it was in the driver's car for 30 minutes since the driver passed my house to make other deliveries even though I'm 3 minutes from the store. Then the driver never showed. Called back and the manager told me since I didn't want cold pizza she canceled it all. Then stated I could reorder and my refund would be 7 to 10 days. Never will i order from this location again and Marcos is on the way with pizza. New management needed is an understatement.

I ordered a pizza with the works but no black olives. The pizza came with black olives and it was so spicy hot we could not eat it.
The driver not being able to find my house wasn’t as big of a deal as about a quarter of the cheese sticks I ordered not having cheese, I mean come on, that’s just bread at the point. Also I don’t know how it’s possible to have dough that isn’t fully cooked and still be burnt on the edges, but kudos to you Papa John’s you managed to find a way. The pizza I ordered for my wife was also burnt and none of the food was hot when it was delivered.
Michael our delivery driver was such a pleasant and welcoming face. Times are busy, staff is short, gas prices are high, those of us working are putting in twice the work because of staffing issues. I know mistakes happen, Michael left our Pepsi at the store, BUT he didn’t hesitate even the slightest to admit his mistake and correct it. It wasn’t long before he made it back to our door with the Pepsi and a smile. The value of understanding how to admit your mistakes, own them, and correct them is a lost concept for most people this day in age. It means the world to us that Michael still holds these values. Sir, you’re doing an amazing job hopefully others can learn from you!!
Ordered two large with extra cheese. Felt like we only got regular amount of cheese and only got 6 green pepper slices on a large pizza. Definitely not the best we have ever had. Spent $50 for lousy pizza
