The staff was very kind and courteous despite me giving them the wrong half of a gift card.? They saw my dogs in the back of the car and offered them "pup cups." Both the dogs and I give five stars for service alone. (I've been coming here for years. and the food is always good).?
How can you continue to take full price but give me less? The amount of food given isn’t the same each time. It’s fine on too long. I’ve read other posts saying the same thing. Here are two photos. One shows a half salad filled near the top of the bowl. The other shows another half salad ordered on the next day, but it’s way less of an amount. Please become more consistent. Please. It’s my money you’re taking
Tried to order a grain bowl last week for delivery and they called me and canceled my order because they didn’t have all the ingredients. Ok, understandable. Ordered one today and it was just delivered WITHOUT the grains. A “warm grain” bowl with literally black beans, corn, tomatoes….no grain….
I’ve eaten here for years and this is the WORST experience I’ve had! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was NOT prepared as usual! This sandwich looks HORRIBLE and completely took my appetite. I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.
This place has certainly struggled with delivery as of late. Barely any lettuce in the salad and the turkey bravo had no sauce on it even though it was ordered. We have much better luck when we eat there. The staff is friendly and attentive. Do not recommend the drive through or delivery options. Eat inside or order to go.
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the salad that I got today. I love the salads here, they usually are fresh and delicious, today I tried a strawberry poppy salad. I changed the chicken out for shredded chicken and paid for extra chicken. I got a little bowl with some chicken. I recall their full salads being bigger, I feel like I got a portion of a half salad and it was not enough as a meal by itself. I am sad that this is what a $14 salad looks like. I’d rather go to Publix and get a similar salad for $7 than to come back for this tiny salad.
Consistency please! Today you gave me less than the normal portion of my meal. That’s not the only issue though. Your apples are tiny now. Sometimes you give me a fork, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you give me a good amount of ingredients and sometimes you skimp - like today. Come on, you got my money, don’t give me less product unless you’re willing to drop the price
Got a Mac&Cheese and a Mango smoothie, but ended up getting handed a Strawberry Banana smoothie. The service was kind and the place was clean. The wait just took a long time and they messed up my smoothie those are the only downsides.
Went by this morning to grab some breakfast for my daughter and I and I had such a great experience! The lady on the drive thru mic was so kind and then I believe it was “Dixie” or a name very similar at the window once I pulled up and I just want to brag on this person!!! He had such a glowing personality and honestly he made my morning just that much better by just being himself!! Loved it! Keep doing what you’re doing! :-)
I start to come to this location recently for breakfast. their bagels and soufflés are amazing. The passion papaya green tea is addictive!Love the friendly employees there! Highly recommend this location!
