One of the worst Chinese places I've had in Madison. The noodles are dry and very little flavor and chicken feels like it had been sitting out for hours.Much better options out here, I would not waste your money on this restaurant.
Have you ever seen the original Lethal Weapon? The Joe Pesci scene where you get f!cked in the drive through. Well I once again drove out of my way to get panda and this time I got more than three pieces of chicken but my noodles was almost all cabbage. I had about a fourth of noodles and the biggest chunks of cabbage filled the rest. It was cold but my entree was hot. I wish they would tell us they are at the end of the noodles (chow mein) so I could have picked rice. I like cabbage but I like noodles way more! I will go in from now on so I can see what they have and what they are serving me! If there was another Panda Express I would drive to it!
I went there on the 27th of May 3:30 in the afternoon. The lady at the drive-thru was very very let me repeat that very rude. I won't be going back there no more. They raise their prices and the last time I was there they got my order wrong. No more
Rice wasn’t cooked all the way. Ordered a variety, but the orange chicken was the only thing that tasted decently. I usually order China dragon, but they are closed right now and I was desperate for Chinese food. My kids who eat everything wouldn’t even touch it.
I ordered a plate with two Entrees with a side of LogMeIn and fried rice. The portion sizes were cut in half, the fried rice was served old and the LogMeIn was cold. The Diet Coke that I order tasted on old mop water. This meal cost me $18 and I got next to nothing. Luckily there was a Slim Chickens on the way home that I stopped by to satisfy my appetite. I will never eat at another Panda Express again.
Soooo upset !!! Ordered 2 meals . Hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken they didn’t give him the sauce on the side as he requested. I got the fried rice and orange chicken / Beijing beef … they said it’ll be a 10 minute wait for orange chicken. He waited.. when I just went to eat my food yall… NO ORANGE CHICKEN ! He waited and got charged for the full meal to only get one entree.. I’m so upset cause I was craving the orange chicken BAD !! Definitely calling to complain in the morning.

Flavorless old fried rice was given to me. It was so dry, hard, and big clumps stuck together. They also forgot to add honey walnut shrimp to part of my order. Pass on this location.
The ppl taking the order in the drive thru do not listen to what you say when you are ordering then when you tell them at the window again and they repeat it back to you they still mess it up. And people like that want $15 and hr. What a joke.
I was honestly a little nervous about trying this location for the first time after reading some of these reviews. Something must have changed because we got our order in just a few minutes and everything was so good! The orange chicken was delicious and hot. Our drinks were not watered down. The rice was cooked to perfection. I will definitely come here again.
