Not the best experience this trip. They didn't wait on us until we asked, then it was as if they were bothered by having to deal with us. Then I forgot to ask for no tomatoes and that I wanted to keep the mistake, i would have taken it home, and paid for it, but even after me saying I'll keep this, with my hands on the plate, he still took it away. The waiter wasn't interested in helping me get the meal without tomatoes, luckily my friend used to own a Mexican restaurant and speaks fluent Spanish and helped him understand.
I have ordered take out from here 4 times now. The service is friendly. Decent price decent food. Except every single time (4x) I ordered medium queso and chips, I have not once gotten fresh chips. They are always stale. It’s like they cook the chips early on and make bags for take out orders and let them sit until they go out. And make fresh chips for the people dining in.
My husband and I used to go here a lot prior to 2020. We just went for lunch and I'm happy to say it's as good as I remember!!Food and service were both very good and very fast
Like I said had to get someone to even come take our cocktail order while sitting at the bar then when it was time to order our dinner had to go find a server to come take the order then they got one of the guest order wrong it was just bad service and bad food won't go there again
I’ve been eating at this restaurant since it was Casa Blanca. The owner/manager is so friendly and always takes the time to greet us.Their food is perfect for a night you don’t feel like cooking. Their prices have increased but so has everything around Madison. We order take out often and are always satisfied.
It was good what I had the chimichanga (beef). My husband had supreme enchiladas and they were dry and bland!? Salsa was good, desserts were good! We will go back!
This was our first visit and I was really satisfied with our meals! Full of flavor and the mix drinks were awesome!!
Food was pretty good, they have a wide variety to choose from and the prices were great. My husband said the meat on his street tacos was pretty dry, but he also doesn't get the onions & cilantro on it so that may have been why they seemed dry. Our waiter was great with answering our questions about meals as well!
First time visiting the service and food was good. I will definitely be back .
Service was absolutely terrible! The lady at the front said nothing to us. Walked us to a table and threw our menu's down and walked away. We ordered cheese dip and never received it but was charged for it. Our server never once checked on us and we could not even get his attention to get a refill on our drinks. Once we went to the front to pay, the same lady as before was again rude and acted as if she did not want to help us. We will not be back to this restaurant!
