Interesting place in historic downtown. Great bear, good food, and friendly staff. The loaded nachos were delicious, but the pimento cheese seemed broken. The Madison hot chickend sandwich was also good but there was a sandy feeling from the breading on the chicken. My fries weren't as crispy as my wifes. Despite those oddities the food was very good. The beer and whiskey were also top notch
The food was very good. The clerk is also very kind. The atmosphere of the store is also very good. However, I was not good at craft beer.
Good beer. Average food. My salmon sandwich was dry and tasted like cardboard. I won't order food there again. Advise you to eat before you go, then enjoy the beer and live music! It has a great atmosphere!
When we travel, we try to stick to places we cannot visit at home. When we checked into our hotel, we asked for suggestions on places to eat and this was the top of their list. It was cooler when we were there so waiting outside wasn't really an option so that is probably my only complaint is that there isn't a lot of room to wait in the front area. It was a very long wait, too. I'm sure in the warmer months, it is perfectly fine because you can wait outside. However, the food was delicious and our son tried to eat the whole pretzel. The beer was good, too! Our server was great, as well! It was a fun place to eat at and our kids loved seeing the big trains go by while we waited! Overall, I would recommend it to others!!!
Lesley was a great server! She was quick and always ready for whatever we needed. The It’s the Jam burger was incredibly tasty and cooked well. I also recommend the chipotle ranch for your fries.
I went with my wife and we sat out in the patio are until they had us a table inside. The atmosphere was good, the food was great, and the service was unbelievable. We enjoyed it so much that I ended up eating there 3 times within a month. One of those time was for brunch which was also great. Every time I went Finley was was our server and he was great! Busted his tail all night running around taking care of everyone. Everything he has recommended has been excellent. This might be my new favorite spot locally. My favorite so far are the burgers but the fried fish was also really good. Place is a brewery but don’t let that scare you. It’s kid friendly. There are cornhole boards outside as well as a few other games to play while waiting. Live music every Friday and Saturday night until late fall. Check it out!
In a nice historic style downtown area. Ample seating inside and out. Bar tender was very helpful with their menu and with other places in Huntsville to visit. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the beers. The Above Ground Pool was delicious, and I'm not a pilsner guy. Would definitely make it a stop if you're in the area. First time for Chicken and waffles, very tasty.
We visited April 2022. Food was great! Our waitress was wonderful (she was wearing an Illinois State sweatshirt, shout out to her). The front desk staff was completely unorganized. We had checked in and one didn’t talk to the other and we had to go back up 20 minutes later and they told us, “oh, your table has been ready.”And if you’re there, do the train scavenger hunt, most of the trains are right near this place. Fun for kids for sure!
Food and drinks were great! Both beers I got were awesome and my wife got a margarita, was also awesome. We got the Fried Green Tomatoes as an appetizer and let me tell you, one of the best apps you can get. I got the Hot Chicken Sandwich, also great. Service was great. You need to check this place out!
A wonderful local brewery. As a brewery they have very good beers that I have not been disappointed by. But even better than the beers is their food, and that is not a dig on the beer, but rather a testament to just how amazing the food is. Amazing chicken and waffles. Top notch wings. Huge burgers. My kind of place
