The food is delicious and they are super fast when preparing it! One of the best Moe's I've been in!

Can't really say much. They're supposed to be open till 8pm (according to their Google business profile) but when I showed up at 7:15, it looked like they had been closed for hours.
Good when they're open, but they close early a lot of the time and you won't know until you're at the door.

After going to Moe‘s for the first time today I will never be returning. It almost seemed as if nobody wanted to work. After getting our food it was cold on the inside and had a sour taste. I brought up our concern to the manager and he sampled the different bottles of sour cream and return to our table and explained that everything tasted fine and he’s sorry that we didn’t enjoy your experience and walked away. After having such a concern and noticing how much food was thrown away he never offered a refund or or any way to make it up. The service is horrible. The food is cold. And clearly they’re not concerned with the concerns of their customers. Never returning ever again. Horrible horrible service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager at this location is so rude and honestly should be banned in working in customer service. They ran out of meat and rice an hour before close and he kept instructing his team to not make more bc they’re closing. The young innocent girl working the food line looked so worried. She was the one that was having to tell people there was no more rice or meat. I felt so bad for her. The manager was very aggressively making orders and every customer that walked in was a MAJOR inconvenience for him. Food wasn’t great either. I will drive to the Airport Rd. location before I step foot back in this Moe’s.
- Horrible service. We sat at a table at 7:40 and was trying to eat, was kicked out at 7:45 before they closed at 8pm. Manager was rude and told us we had to leave now as they were closing at 8pm no matter what. 3 customers came in at 7:55 trying to get to go orders. They told them there were closed to get out. We had to finish eating in the rain outside. Rude the whole time, stared and talked about us as we tried to eat and as were trying to leave. My 4 year old did not understand why he couldn't eat inside and why we had to eat in the rain. Do not go here!
