My friends and I have been coming to this Mcdonald's for years. Wrong orders aren't that common but I have definitely had them a few times. However, when my friends and I came today all of our orders had mistakes. All of us had to go to the counter to say something. Even after saying something they still got one of my friends order wrong but we were too tired of going up. The lady that gave us our orders was rude and had a bad attitude. We also had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to explain what was wrong with our order. We even made eye contact with multiple workers only to be ignored. I even said a polite "excuse me" to one of the workers. She just looked at me and then looked away pretending that she didn't hear me. The strawberry pie ordered also said to enjoy by 1:13 that day. I ordered it at 4:50, so they sold me an apple pie that should have been discarded rather than sold to customers . I frequently visit this Mcdonald's and hope to receive better service next time.

There is a man there I think his name is Mr.Lee, he deserves a raise, this man made my day turn around with his attitude!!! It is so refreshing and amazing to have great customer service like this!!! He even joked around with me about my id and made me laugh so hard, " it was sooo funny (you had to have been there) anyway its people like this that get overlooked and don't get enough credit!!! This man deserves the best!!! Thank you Mr.Lee for being such a great person and having amazing customer service!!

50% of morning orders, they handle wrong. coffee upgrade from small to large is common. Ofcourse you pay more the unasked upgrade.Food quality is not bad.Very unique store where your order has 50% chance of compromised result with they want you to eat.

You have a lot of time to ponder the meaning of life and catch up on your reading as you wait 30 min in the drive thru

Waited like 40 minutes for a mobile pick up.It’s sad there is no higher echelon of management at this branch.Absolute joke.At that I waited this whole time and my order was half missing.Bro just go up the street somewhere else to another mc Donald’s.Franchise owner figure yourself out guy.

Ordered in the app and redeemed a coupon for free fries and a medium drink with a chicken sandwich purchase. The coupon redeemed in the app but somehow the worker in window 1 charged me for every item. I asked for a receipt but he rudely waved me off. I saw the error and went back to the McDonalds. The cashier flat out ignored me and so did everyone else. Got a refund but it was a headache.

Sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes on Sunday afternoon. Completely unacceptable!!! Finally get to the window and get my food, which must've been cooked the day before. The bun was hard and the filet of fish was hard as a rock. My Coke tasted like anything but Coke. If I hadn't been on my way to work I would turned around and taken it back. Definitely will not stop there ever again and I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone....especially if they're in a hurry.

Extremely disorganized. I sat behind same two cars for about 10 minutes. Then I got charged for two sandwiches but only ordered one. When girl acknowledged that she still gave me a bag w one sandwich.If I go back, I'll order online.

The actual worst. Went through the drive through and got my order. Drove off without checking it. Finally get to eat, and my order was wrong. I go back and ask that they make it right. Told they couldn’t do it and to come inside. Had to get my kid out and inside only to be given the worst attitude by the worker. I checked the order before leaving this time. They had handed me the wrong order AGAIN. When I point this out, the girl slams the bag and goes to get the right one. Doesn’t put on gloves and grabs the fries and puts it in the right bag. I only wish I had gotten my receipt back and asked for a refund.

Their service is so bad here. I waited several minutes for someone to take my order inside. The people working the drive thru window completely ignored me. Finally someone in the back came up and took my order, which took 10 seconds to ring up and hand me a large cup. No wonder Chic-fil-a gets so much business.
