The food is the same. Like most places around here, the problem is with service. I don't mind entering my order through the app or the ßelf serve kosk, but their was no one serving the people inside.
Honestly if it would have let me do 0 stars , I would have . In the past year , every single time I've been here , it has been a terrible experience! Not only are the people rude lazy slow inconsiderate and dismissive. Can't get waited on and the food is equally disappointing! ? Awful.BTW, this was during breakfast hours which does not speak to the staff during dinner or night time .
The girls working drive thru seemed way to interested in their boyfriends riding around the building and slowing up the drive thru... I was behind a man that had to back up to get around a car that had backed up to the 2nd drive thru window and ppl hanging out the drive thru window to talk to them. I heard words exchanged...
This location never gets orders right. Don't bother making any changes to the existing menu items like extra onions or no mustard, they will do the exact opposite with zero onions and drench your burger with mustard. They also forget items frequently. The wait times are outrageous in the drive thru, you will sit there while they take 3-4 orders at the other speaker and ignore the speaker you're at. A lot of the workers I've encountered here have had major attitudes as well. This place definitely needs extra training.
Quick service, kind employees, but the food is not always hot.. General manager definitely tries his best to give a good experience.
20 minute wait with absolutely NO other inside customers when order was placed. Ridiculously slow and the kids complained the food was cold and greasy. Completely unacceptable.
One of the nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to. 7am Monday morning and greasy floors, bathrooms are horrific & food was only moderately warm. Bacon barely cooked. Won't be back.
Exactly what you expect from fast food these days. Only bought 5 happy meals for the kids and they botched that. Fortunately I waited while my wife check and we got our missing food.
The staff was awesome, food was good and the atmosphere was great.
