Marcos pizza is delicious, but not from this location. This location served a particularly under cooked pizza and was overall a pretty poor experience.
Marco's really impressed me. Wasn't feeling up to going anywhere and I wasn't really feeling pizza. Coming from the Philly area, it's shocking that there aren't as many places that deliver hoagies. I really wanted one. Saw Marco's had them and tbh, I didn't want food from any franchise place. Was looking for more like a mom and pop place. Without many other options, I ordered an Italiano and cheese sticks from them. Man, was I surprised. The sandwich was SO good. I opted for lettuce and mayo instead of Italian dressing and I'm glad I did. Also, I normally don't get my hoagies toasted but Marco's really did it right. I'll definitely be ordering again.
To be fair I never actually ate here. I never got a person to answer the phone and gave up after 10 minutes. What I wanted they apparently sell but is not easily accessible from their online menu. A Stromboli. When I looked it up Marcos apparently has the best one in the area but as they dont answer their phone and it is not something I can order online it earns this review. Btw pizza hut, domino's, and little Caesars though not having the item actually answer their phones.
When everyone’s cutting corners, changing food portions, giving subpar service, this location stands out like a RUBY! They’re consistent, my Order is right every time, the food’s fresh every time, the portions are the same every time, and on top of that- the workers are always friendly.
So I made pizza for 10 years and love marcos, In Huntsville for work and got this delivered- $9.99 for 10 pcs of popcorn chicken and $14.99 for a specialty pizza that didn't have enough cheese to hold the toppings on- very disappointed
I usually make pizza with the family at home. BUT when I need quick I order from this Marcos. Close to my house. They say 40 minutes, usually comes in 20. Or I pick it up. We all love the thin crust. The veggie is good too, but I don't like tomato slices on my pizza as a topping since it already has tomato sauce. So I usually just ask them to omit that and give me more of the other toppings. Of course my kids love the sausage and pepperoni and cheesy bread sticks. It's a treat we don't do it all the time. - we also do pickup. The inside is closed but I don't care about that. Pull in, person comes out for payment, pizza comes out piping hot. They have my favorite soda too, so that's a bonus if I don't want another trip. Because who wants pizza without soda? ?
I always order pizza from Marcos because they seem to be the most reliable pizza franchise. Today unfortunately I order just 1 regular cheese pizza. Note I paid an 18% or more tip for 1 cheese pizza. The food took long to arrive. It was dropped off as no-contact delivery. I open the pizza box and it looked as though the box fell in the car on its side. I call the company immediately and they tell me to call back after 3 because they are backed up and busy right now. I ask for a refund and the guy (Brandon I think) tells me ok and the conversation ends. I think this will be the last time I order from that establishment.I will say that this has never happened before but maybe they hired a new driver. I am beyond dissatisfied. The driver I believe knew the pizza was not in the best condition and still decided to drop it. That’s the most upsetting part. So now I’m taking my kids to get something to eat.As a company, your goal should be to hire the best and provide the best service. Alongside quality problem solving and resolution should be a priority. This particular establishment failed on all points today.
Delivery is not great & 9 times out of 10 my pizza has cooled too much to be enjoyable. Great pizza if you eat it in the store
Best pizza dollar for dollar wish they would open a chain in my town.
Best slice in town, this place in particular is fast and does a great job with our pies - a semi-weekly tradition at this point.
