Gave it 3 stars only because of the great burger and fresh salad. otherwise it would be 1 star.The ribeye steak was a weird gray, lacking proper grill marks and overcooked. Sent back. Got another one. Same thing except they didn't bring a new baked potato. Expected me to eat old cold Potato with melted sour cream, I guess. At that point I declined a 3rd try. Told them remove the steak from my bill. Finished my salad, paid and left. Can't tell you the flavor of steak because they looked so disgusting I wasn't going to try either one.Waitress was very good with service. Not her fault as she didn't cook the steak and even told manager to bring fresh potato.
I am here on a business trip and wanted a nice steak dinner. I eat at Logan’s so I chose there to order and take back to my room. The appetizer was great but the dinner was terrible. I ordered a steak MR but it was hardly seared and full of fat. The ff were soggy and the slaw was hot and had hardly anything but cabbage. I was terribly disappointed and hungry.
Waited for 30 minutes and no silverware, they brought salads out still with no silverware, had to get up and ask someone and she acted like she didn't hear me but ended up getting us silverware and didn't say anything to us when she dropped them off. There was a mushroom sitting in our salad dressing, way under cooked 2 medium well steaks. Undercooked bread. Salads were basically cheese and tomatoes with pieces of lettuce, got 3 forests of broccoli for my side. Overcooked shrimp skewers, some tasted like ash tray. Selena our waitress seemed to be doing the best she could and was very friendly.
First, stood at the entrance waiting to be seated. Went ahead and sat at a table. Second, at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. Table was sticky. Finally, we were asked for our drink order. Came back 10 minutes later to inquire of our food order. Now, mind you, when we came in there was a table that had not been cleaned off from the previous diners. Had to ask server for the rolls. Brought them out. Nice and hot. That's a great thing! Received our food, which was great too. Steak cooked medium well just as requested. Husband loved his hamburger. After we were finished eating my husband would have liked to have another beer, but of course we were ignored. Finally got the attention of the bartender so we could pay and get the hell out of there. Our order was $53.24 so i gave the bartender $55. She brought me back a $1. I dint bother to say anything. After all of the lousy service I tipped accordingly. We are normally fantastic tippers, but I just could not reward this horrible customer service. The other staff members seemed to be just wandering around doing not much of anything. We will never be back to this location. Haven't been here to eat since before COVID. It was going downhill then but we thought we'd give it another try. What a terrible mistake we made. What happened to the peanuts? Of, and the dirty table, it still hadn't been cleared when we left 1 and a half hours later.
This is a place I often visit. The food was very good.
Too bad you can't leave negative stars. One of the most awful experiences I've ever had! Our waitress was aloof, came to the table 3 times: once to get our order, once with drinks & rolls & lastly with our food. Firstly, they were out of potatoes, so without asking they subbed waffle fries. I ordered the buttermilk chicken, which was basically 2 chicken fingers with cold, lumpy gravy tossed on top. Broccoli cold. My son's hamburger was so burnt I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Not to mention, we waited 45 minutes in a restaurant that had limited people in it.. and now I know why....because it is absolute trash. Do not, and I mean NOT waste your time or money.
The food is good/decent, it's above mediocre but below excellent. It is satisfying albeit a bit expensive. Service is phenomenal and their sweet tea ? yum. I liked the mason jar.Logan's Roadhouse is a steakhouse franchise like Outback or Texas RH. I wouldn't say it's significantly different from either.

By far one of the worst experiences at this chain thus far. Paper ticket in the frys, cold bacon bits(used as a substitute for some reason) on burgers, no eating utensils after asking 4 different people' and the sweet tea was awful. The guy who was hosting tonight was lazy and acted like he couldn't be bothered when people came in.
I was served yesterday's bbq ribs...nice and dry...right in front of my grandson. I've taught him not to complain about food...so I didn't do it in front of him. I should have sent them back...but you won't have me back in your store again.
