Our favorite pizza place! Love the people there - always very nice and friendly. We visit there often.
Of course, we like the pizza... enough. What we DO NOT like is that they keep the phone off the hook-- ON PURPOSE. As explained by one of the employees, this is to attempt to better manage the restaurant while continually understaffed. You can order online, as I understand, but that doesn't afford me convenience as I need it because I'd rather call in than order online. The kids there are doing what they can, so I look to the owner to fix the problem of being understaffed. Though it has been made more difficult due to covid and its long reach, it is still doable. Hopefully, the owner cares enough to keep trying to regain the proper operation of the restaurant, especially as we, the customers, keep encountering- and paying- Lil C's rising prices.*They do not offer a military discount.*
Bought dinner for my kids. The order was finally prepared correctly after several mishaps from this location. My son had hair in his cheesy bread last time he order, but be too afraid to call and notify, so we threw it away. Must be under new management again, because I'm quite sure the last four plus orders was burnt, order wrong, etc. The food looked so delicious tonight I wanted a bite, but I'm not able too :(
I was told my Pizza would be ready in 15 minutes via a phone order. I arrived to find there would be another 20 minute wait before they could take my money. They lost my business.
Lately the lobby is always closed and drive through backed up due to lack of staff. I would gladly pay an extra 50¢/pizza or whatever it would cost to hire enough people.The employees they do have are great and we love the food.
I have too wait 20 min for 2 hot and ready pepperonis AND THEY WANTED FOR ME TO WAIT 10 min more, for they forgot to ask me for the crazy bread so they don't give it for free wanted make me wait longer FOR MY CRAZY BREAD BEACUSE THEY DID NOT HAVEN'T READY
There's a new employee there. I think his name is tj?? Please keep him.. my pizzas were absolutely perfect!! No skimpy toppings or raw dough. Very pleased.

Great, the food was delicious. The Best that I have eaten in a long time. Great. The employees was great also. Very friendly.
I've never had a bad experience. I always place an order for a fresh out the oven pizza and the staff never once complains.The lobby is closed due to the Covid so once I went through the drive thru, my pizza was brought outside to my vehicle.
