Supposed to be open until 10 on Saturdays, all lights off and only one car in the parking lot at 8:30pm.
My burgers were not that hot just barely above warm I would say which is disappointing as I went around 6pm I figured everything would be hot and fresh. I was wrong.
Whoever is working the Krystals on Madison Boulevard 2nd shift on 6/20 needs to be fired. Quite frankly I can deal with them putting an ungodly amount of onions on each of the burgers, I can even deal with them specifically putting onions on the 6/12 I asked them not to put onions on. But when I bite into a cold soggy HALF RAW piece of meat there is a problem. If I get food poisoning we're having major problems. And it's not just one it's all of them. I mean just look at the soggy brown bread. Disgusting.
I refuse to give any restaurant my money that refuses to open the doors. If I can't wash my hands, I'll go elsewhere. I'm leaving to give my money to another restaurant along Madison Blvd. Blame it on Covid. It's funny, because every Jack's I've visited has both the drive thru and dining room open.
Amazing! Drive through was fast, service was kind, and the food was great! Probably one of the best Krystal locations in the area!!

Buns were dry,and tons of onions. I mean more onions than normal for anywhere. Tea was old and cloudy.
Well where should I start. I order the 12 Krystals and lg.tots. My only ONLY option was no pickles. I placed my order on the app. I added the KRYSTAL50. And to .my surprise, it charged me full price. The thing your now hearing is, oh we don't controll that our corporate office does. Now the food. That was the worst food I've ever had from KRYSTAL. My order of no pickles, we'll pickles were on all of them.I'm glad I didn't order extra onions. Probably went through 2 onions. I've got frozen White Castles so that pick for a .while
