Like every fast food place they need more employees. We got our food fairly quickly but others were not as lucky. I'm glad they keep their dinning room open later than many restaurants in the area.
Went there to purchase supper and was very surprised. First they were telling people that their drive through computer was broken and to come inside to order. I suspect that they were so backed up that they just decided to route everyone inside. Placed order for an eight piece meal with the white meat original and dark meat crispy. They got that wrong and gave me all original. There were quite a few people waiting inside for 20 to 30 minutes for their chicken. What is going on with management and customer service these days? At least offer the people a free drink or an apology for the wait!

My closest KFC Doordash order was a disappointment.Jessica of Doordash was great. What I ordered wasn't.8piece bucket family for about $29. It was mostly dark meat, too greasy and the mashed potatoes and coleslaw portions were too small. Plus I got real sick later.
Staff was doing a great job trying to keep up. It was super busy and they weren't small orders either. Had to request supplies that weren't restocked but at the same time they were packed. Overall for what they were dealing with only three people they kept up pretty good.
You don't get what your order here! I ordered 2 ½gallon sweet teas. What I got was 2 unsweetened teas. Team should be fired! Guess they think ripping off customers is funny, and management supports them.
Haven't been to a KFC in years. Kids wanted to try it. It is a really good one. They even have a special Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew. Kids loved it.
Staff was very sassy when asked about sides the food was not like KFC food usually is dried out hardly any gravy on the potatoes. Just bad basically.
Purchased a dinner for my family last Thursday evening and we ended up throwing it all out. The mashed potatoes were very runny and the rest of the food was cold.
visited January 2022A pretty typical KFC. I went for the plant based chicken, but they didn't have it. The chicken fingers and sandwich were about what I expected. The food was well made and average quality. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the drive through seemed well ran.This location is right on a light, and convenient no matter which side of the road you're on. Would go again.
