They absolutely refused to make my sub the way I wanted it to be made . When I tried to reason with the manager she kicked me out of the restaurant because she said I was being rude and I was absolutely not being rude. And then all the employees joined the cackling order . I was tremendously embarrassed because I simply wanted a sandwich a special way. What kind of a sandwich shop doesn't make what you want? I simply wanted the sandwich the way I wanted it with all the ingredients that they could easily give me and I was willing to pay extra. I'll never be back and that's a shame because I like Jersey Mike's. From a business model perspective if I was the owner I would fire that manager ASAP because she's costing me money.
Eaten here twice and enjoyed both visits. The staff is friendly and they appear to have fun while working. Sandwiches are fantastic and have exceeded expectations with both visits. I will definitely be returning.
Food is always good and service is too. It was their day of giving for Special Olympics, so it was packed...25 to 30 folks getting food, when I was there. But the employees were smiling, friendly and doing the best they could for the overflowing business.
Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Didn't have tea this day, or kids cup lids, sometimes they get your go order wrong.
The Jersey Mike's and Madison is an exceptional store with great employees. Mainly because the Huntsville store has been closed what seems to be like a year now. So everyone has teamed together to make sure people can still enjoy their sandwiches there at the Madison location. Every time I've gone there are super friendly and always willing to help out
I never got a chance to try them I went in there for the first time and went to the counter not knowing that I was on the wrong end. The guy tells me that they will take my order down on the other side remind u I was the only one in the line at the time. So I step down to the other side of the counter by that time a white couple walked in but I’m already at the counter clearly I’m standing in front of of them and the lady and I hate to play the race card in 2022 but she was white also and just completely ignored me and asked for there order so I left being that I had to be at work soon. Like I said I don’t like to play the race card in 2022 but sure made me feel that way. I have never tried them before but I guess you can’t miss something you never had. Must say another good sandwich place, and my friend from Philly says it's the best Italian hoagie in northern Alabama.
Not crazy about someone with piercings on their face fixing my food. I hope they keep them extra clean.
Stopped by last week for a sub for my husband... the inside of the restaurant smelled like dirty dish water, but we had already placed an online order for pickup so we went ahead & waited for the order to be made. Order in hand, we drove home. My husband took one bite, & spit it right back out... the whole sub smelled like a nasty, wet rag. It's as if the line had been wiped down with a dirty rag, because the smell was pungent. We threw it away, & submitted a ticket via the Jersey Mike's website. My husband received a response stating that the store owner would be in touch with a resolution... it's been about a week, & nothing. These subs aren't exactly cheap, & we left a tip to boot... what a shame. Will not be returning.
The food is good, but I saw multiple employees finish making a Sandwich, then handle cash / use a register and go back to handling food without changing gloves.
