New to the area, haven’t heard of Jack’s before but reviews were pretty good so we gave it a try.Worst food and service ever! Raw meat, reheated fries, soggy salad. Never again thanks.
Just had a wonderful experience at Jack’s. Nothing “over the top,” just a pleasant exchange and a kind smile. Sometimes the smallest things are what mean the most. I believe her name was Paris. Thank you for your positive spirit and sweet smile. This Jacks always has lightning fast service and quality food. Well done, guys!
We stopped in to grab lunch, not only were they quick, the staff acted like they actually liked their job, which says a lot these days, PLUS the food was hot fresh and delicious!!! Thank You Paris for being so kind, your smile is contagious and is what more restaurant employees need?
short skinny girl with red afro is awesome.. she knows how to make sandwiches and then she’ll bag up the food and call the order out if manager on duty is busy. Great attitude and fast and speedy service with only two employees and manager running shift . McDonald’s and Wendy’s can’t relate haha. even though she was on table she hollered “HAVE AN AWESOME DAY COME BACK AND VISIT US!!”, and continued working . not to mention she was sweeping and wiping down as she went. I will return from Birmingham to come back to this location next month . Jacks, thank u very much. It costs 0 cent to be kind and courteous understaff or not.
It was super easy to order and they were very quick in bringing our food! Everything was hot and packed up just right. We love Jack's!!
My husband got us dinner there tonight and one of my friend green tomatoes ( you only get 3) was burned totally black and my husband found hair in his burger ?
2 for 6.00 deal was great. Dbl cheese burger and flounder sandwich were really good. Tarter sauce was excellent
Came by yesterday to get a great double cheeseburger that Jacks has and IT WAS THE WORST DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER IVE HAD AT ANY JACKS!! Disappointed!!!
This is the best Jack's in Madison. The employees and management are always so friendly and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. The store is always so clean. I have really seen a good positive change here since new management has taken over.
