We have been going to this location for a while now for breakfast on Sunday. We have had terrible time drive thru waits from previous visits. This visit had to be the worse for time. We got in the drive thru line and waited about 6 minutes with only one car leaving the lane. I went inside since breakfast was ending soon, and waited almost 15 minutes inside to just get a bacon biscuit. When the we finally got the biscuit, it was nice and fresh and tasted great. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long for just a single item order.
This restaurant is the worst, slow and completely unfriendly drive thru service, plus if you ask for extra condiments, they act as if you're disturbing their break.Is it too much to ask for a smile, and if you don't want to then DON'T WORK DRIVE THRU!!!If this review makes you angry or emotional then you probably shouldn't work in customer service or you need more training or you need to use a mirror to practice smiling before you start your shift begins.
Everyone’s always very nice here. On both shifts. Never had a poor interaction with the staff at jacks on Hughes rd. Thanks guys ❣️
I find the food and service at this Jack's is hit or miss. Looks like staffing issues are likely the major impact. When they are good, they are prompt with hot food. When they are not, which unfortunately is too often, they are slow with mediocre food that is generally lukewarm at best.
They don't give you enough eggs when it comes to breakfast plates and they short you on the bacon sometimes.ive received breakfast plates with 2 tablespoons onf eggs. Not filling at all and the drive thru is slow
We eat at Jacks at least once a week. They give 20% discount for veterans. Wife loves their ice teas. I always get the chicken fingers and fries.
Food great. I have not had an issue. Just a member had a small attitude.

I usually stop here for breakfast and their biscuits are absolutely amazing! Plus their employees are always so nice and welcoming in the mornings! Thank you for the amazing service!
Food was definitely legit. The chicken was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. Being from KY I hadn't experienced a Jack's before and was thinking that it was just another burger place. WRONG. My family and I decided to try a 10 piece chicken meal and boy oh boy were we shocked......and deliciously so! Large juicy perfectly cooked thighs and breasts put me straight into a fried chicken coma after I over indulged. Definitely our new chicken go to spot. Cheers!
