Was seated right away. Food was prepared fast and correct. No complaints. Waitress was easy on the eyes, more importantly she did her job well, and with pride. Great visit!!! I'll be back!!!
I would give this a half of a star but it seems I can’t. We took my husband there for Father’s Day and we got there early and they sat us 15 minutes after. That was the great part so yes one star. Though after being sat, our waitress took our order and she never came back, not even to check on us. An hour passed after our order was taken and 6 families who sat after us had received there food and 2 families after us finished and left. We asked to talk to the manager and when he came out all he said was that they were busy in the kitchen. Our question was why did 6 other tables who sat after us eating before us? We only ordered two meals and one kid meal. As a manager that should not be your answer!!! The waitress was horrible, all the other waitresses were checking in their table and this waitress was not. This franchise needs to have training for their workers because this was horrible service. The manager also needs training because for you to just say your busy in the kitchen but we been waiting for over an hour now for our food but we were sat before 6 other families and they all have their food with more people at their table is ridiculous. I hope someone on corporate can see this review and make changes to this restaurant.
I don't know who the cook was today but the food was exquisite ??. Those are the best pancakes and omelet I've had from IHOP.
Came in on a Sunday morning and got seated right away didn't have to wait. The server was quick to greet us and had a great attitude. I had the Colorado omelette and it was amazing!! The wait time on the food was very short overall I was very pleased great visit.
I arrived at about 12:30 on a Sunday. Expected it to be busy, but it honestly was not that bad. Walk in and am greeted by someone calling out names for to-go orders. I could have just nodded and walked off with the food. I let him know I’m here for a table for two and give him my name, and he says 10 minutes. Perfect. I sit down on the benches in the entry area and wait. About 20 minutes later, after some people cleared out of the inside area, We sat down inside. After starting to seat a different couple, the attendant looks at me and asks if I’d been helped. I give him my name again, and he starts searching through the list for it. The couple he’s seating mentioned that I had been waiting longer. The attendant asks for my name again and assures me that he’s going to seat us after this couple. After another ten minutes of waiting, during which the attendant wasn’t able to be found, he comes out and seats a couple of older veterans, with one of them in a wheelchair. That’s fine, they can get in front, but it would have been nice to have been told what was up. Five minutes after that, he comes out and takes yet another couple that arrived after we did, and we finally had enough and left. I don’t think he ever wrote my name down. Only reason I waited so long is that I really wanted that stuffed French toast.
Great service even being under staffed. Food order was quick and delicious. Waiter was courteous and made sure to keep checking on his customers.
I ordered online at 11am. Came at 11:30 am but wasn't ready. Waited in car at 12pm. And went back to cancel my order and the server asked if I had a receipt as if they never had my order. Another employee came out moments later stating to disregard showing the receipt and handed me my order. It felt like they found my order last minute and traded off someone else's food they were preparing to me which is appreciated but still unfortunate.First of all I chose curbside pickup. There are no curbside parking spots that I could see. Calling them i got no answer. I completely understand it was a Sunday and they were busy so I'm not so bothered by having to go in but I specifically ordered online so I would not have to wait and essentially waited for no reason as they didn't even see my order until last minute is what it seems.I am not saying this place is bad. I think they just were having a bad day. I am writing this review to encourage management to be more watchful and aware of online orders to prevent potential issues like this in the future.

Max was the best server ever!! The food was good. The service was excellent and the food was prompt. Try the tres leches pancakes!!
Just finished a delightful breakfast! Mina took excellent care of us!! She brought blueberry topping to substitute for being out of blueberry syrup. She kept our glasses filled. Mike even got medium poached eggs just the way he likes them, prepare by Chef Zurdt! Thank you so much!!
