One of our top favorite restaurants by far! The food is consistently delicious both dining in and for takeout. Owner and staff are fantastic! They always provide great service while also being friendly and kind. Love, love, love the food here!
I'm embarrassed to write this review. 3 years living here now bemoaning the lack of realy good Chinese food at a decent price. We all agreed it was some of the BEST Chinese food we have ever had. Everything from the sauces to the coatings to the quality of the food and the service itself was incredible. The crab rangoon and the green bean appetizers were top notch including the sauces that accompanied them. Kungpao shrimp - Spicy but not overpowering. The Orange chicken - sauce was terrific and the cuts of chicken were not overly coated with batter. Combo shrimp well done. This is now the absolute only place we will eat Chinese food in the Madison area.
Excellent service and very good food. This is one of our go-to chinese cuisine restaurants that also serves Japanese dishes and sushi. They have good egg-drop soup and very good egg rolls. The cashew chicken is very light and full of veggies. They have a very good kid's menu, dessert to include cheesecake, and ofcourse the complimentary fortune cookies.
Great food if you like paper towels in your pad Thai!We’ve eaten there numerous times and enjoyed the food! If you don’t check your take out order before you leave, you’re probably missing something you paid extra for. Recently when we found a large piece of what was clearly a brown paper towel in the middle of our food dish, we closed our meals and won’t be returning for a while.

My family and I have always eaten inside of the restaurant, so I cannot speak on the takeout/to-go experience, but I will say this:This restaurant's food has consistently been hot, fresh, and delicious the times I have dined in. The pork egg roll comes with a sauce that has a bit of heat to it and pairs very well. The mongolian beef is hands down my favorite here, and isn't soggy and bland like most Chinese restaurants I've encountered. The coconut shrimp is delicious and perfectly balanced with crispness and a bit of creamy coconut sauce. My husband loves the General Tso's chicken and says the balance of heat and flavor is great. My bonus kid gets the Sesame chicken and always has enough for leftovers - which still tastes great heated up the next day!Overall, a definite must to dine at in the Huntsville/Madison area.
Fulin's Madison is One of The Best Asian Restaurants here. And I should know. I've worked at most of them. And I've worked at this lovely popular place on and off since it opened. The food is Excellent and Consistent, the Servers and Hosts are always great, and the Owners/ Managers are good people and popular with Customers.
Food & service is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment
