Got a steak and cheese but didnt get no cheese... ask for extra peppers and did get no peppers..... The teen girl was super curt and pushy when ordered
This store is one of my favorite spot for lunch with my colleague. But its not for today.My complaint includes: there is smoke inside the store and cause the air looks cloudy, multiple soda ran out, paper napkin is also out. I can give these issues an excuse when sometime its just a bad/busy day.However, I have to write this message because it gets worse. My sub got wet, the pickle is mushy and not crunchy at all. Also, the lady shows that she doesnt want to welcome us. Im so upset writing this comment but I hope these issues wont happen on my next visit.
Firehouse almost anywhere is pretty consistently great. But at this location the customer service is just okay. I got a take out order with it being placed online. Generally speaking, usually all that is involved is getting drinks with everything else being in the bag. When I got there, I had to ask for the brownies and chip that went along with my order. She pointed out I would have to grab that myself. Maybe that's how it always goes but seems to defeat the purpose of ordering ahead. One brownie had to be taken out of the cooler. I had an order for three people, you think a drink holder would be offered to me. Not at all. I will say they weren't unpleasant about being asked by me for everything but they weren't exactly enthusiastic. When I went to get my drinks, the soda foundation was out of a lot of drinks and there was no ice. At least the drinks came out cold, so I didn't even bother pointing this out to an employee. Unfortunately a father had no problem informing them. Overall the experience wasn't terrible but much improvement could be made.
Rude staff everytime! A little red hair employee today when I complained and said I was going to call corporate “there is the number”. Very unclean with employees not wearing gloves and roaches in the bathroom.
My wife loves their sandwiches. We eat there every other week. I love their meatball sandwich and the wife likes the hook and ladder.
I’ve been here twice and so far I had a great experience. Friendly staff and good food.
My sub was sloppily made but tasted ok. Husband's sub was good he loved it. The kids working that night were pretty cool.
Edited: I love the food and even the atmosphere. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the employees talk across the counter to their friends as if they are in their own home. The conversation is usually about picking up girls which makes it uncomfortable for customers and inappropriate in my opinion. 3rd trip and same story, not isolated occassion.
My husband stops every day after work to bring me a sandwich. He ask if I was tired of them and I said of coures not. But now that subway has bought them out I don't know
Meatball sandwich is very delicious! Will be back!Also love the mural!
