Just got two cappuccinos from this location delivered with DoorDash, totally sealed. No malfeasance on their end, but why are they both 2/3 of the way full? If I pay for a large, I kind of expect it to be filled to the line at least.... What the heck? Not ordering from here in the future.
Never really been a fan of Dunkin but decided to give them a try this morning and it was a complete failure. 1st when I was ordering I asked the girl did they have sweet cream she did not know what sweet cream was OK . So I order a chai ti latte as well as bagel bites and bacon. When I got ready to pay she said oh we're out of your drink so I so I'm like OK fine. Then got an attitude when I wanted to order another drink. So I was like forget it. So I get my food drive off and and take a bite of my bagel and I taste something burnt. So I look at the bagel and the whole top of the bagel is black. Try to call the number that comes up when I Google it quite a few times but it just goes to like a cell phone voicemail..
Asked for less ice in my cold brew and they basically filled it with ice. I got the coffee remade and believe they just took out the ice and added water. Now, I have a horrible tasting half water, half coffee drink. The worst service. Place shouldn't even be in business with that service. If the workers don't want to work there and have no regard for people's experience, then why stay there?
I’ve started coming to this location more often because it’s closer to my house and there is a newer employee, Kim, who is absolutely delightful every time I come. She has a very cheerful and pleasant voice. She’s by far the nicest employee I’ve met out of both Madison locations.
This Dunkin’ location is consistently out of just about everything. Donuts, bagels, croissants, anything you might want they won’t have. Just visited today for coffee and maybe some egg bites, was told “we’re actually not serving any food today”. Im done giving this location a shot, just go to the one on 72
I just moved here and was trying to find the dunkin that made the best coffee. And let me tell ya Yonna! Is the bomb! She makes my coffee just how I like it and her personality is so amazing! She's so friendly and sweet and always has a smile on her face... As long as she's working at this location I will continue to go.
I have had great experience with this location usually....The last 3 times I have been there I was alerted to when my orders were ready, or when they might be ready. I didn't get anything back but it would take longer than usual so i waited for my usual email or text.. instead i was alerted my order was picked up when I definitely had not done so yet. I called numerous times. Once got someone to answer saying I was speaking to someone at dunkin donuts on countyline, I started to simply ask my first question and was hung up on after 2 seconds. I can provide the sad phone and email logs. That's really a terrible way to treat people. I'll be on my way to get my refund now instead of donuts this Sunday morning for my family.*Luckily there are other donut shops worth my time to do business at. *
Honestly this is probably one of the worst fast food chains, or restaurants, whatever you wanna call it that I’ve literally ever been to. It’s close to my house so it’s convenient however if they have anything in stock or they actually have any staff show up you might get the order. There’s been at least five times that I’ve gone to place an avocado toast order. Which is literally all I ever get. And I probably say twice a week they either don’t have what they need or they just don’t have any staff show up. It’s a disaster. Whoever owns this franchise needs to go in and completely clean up staff and management. As someone who has over 10 years of experience in restaurants, at one of the largest restaurants in the entire south east, I can tell you that that place will not stay in business long and if they do it’s only gonna be because of a miracle. Get it together. I’d rather drive 10 minutes down the road to another location because at least I know they’re going to either have product, or have enough staff to actually show up and do their job.
Just go somewhere else. I love Dunkin, but just go somewhere else. I ordered a medium cold brew coffee with vanilla and creamer. Said they only could give me a small, thought that was fine. I didn’t need a medium coffee anyways. Paid for my order. And get my coffee. Cold brew had no ice, no creamer, no vanilla. Just plain. I was the only person there and they were so slow. I would understand if they were busy (things get missed when you are rushed) but if I’m the only one there ? Nah. Need some explanations.
This is the newer Dunkin' in Madison. No complaints. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, and I had a lovely sugar crash later.
