The last few times I’ve been there my order hasn’t been right. The lady on the speaker acts like she hates her job. It’s ridiculous to never get an order right, and then when you call you can’t get anyone to answer. Sad day we live in.
The group working at this location now is absolutely amazing. Got my order right first try, didn't have to wait long at all, and they are very sweet and respectful.
The donut was dry and there were only a handful to choose from. What happened to DD? Coffee still good.
Usually great service. However, as of late, very unprofessional, rude and ignorant staff. Rushing customers with orders and acting like "it's lunchtime in high school or party time". Anyways not impressed with the service and staff. Still like Dunkins which is why (lately) I make my own at home. Or go to Dunks on County Line.
Super slow. They only seem to serve literally 1 car at a time from ordering to the window. I sat at the order screen for well over 10 mins waiting for them to even take my order... not very efficient when everyone needs to get to work...
I asked for cream and sugar in 2 coffee orders this morning. Both drinks did not have sugar. Unfortunately, messing up the coffee orders at this location is becoming a regular occurrence. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to making my own coffee and putting it in the Yeti, or take my business back to Starbucks.
First time dining in this Dunkin's location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.
I was there about 1:30p and nothing really to purchase, but more importantly totally under staffed! Two employees working! Back of restaurant in need of someone to clean up the back of the restaurant because was on terrible condition.The two employees were nice and apologized for the conditions.

Staff is usually friendly. The one thing I don’t understand is when I order ahead through the mobile app and arrive either for inside pick up or drive thru, why isn’t my order ready? They make it when I get there. I’m trying to get in and out quickly, hence the reason for order ahead. I understand if they don’t have an item and need to ask about a substitution, but the rest should be ready. Just a little something that needs to be worked on.
