I didn’t like the pizza and didn’t eat it after I tried a small piece. I had to repeat my order twice when ordering and they still didn’t make it right. It was also expensive and did not notify us of the price change.With a good attitude, we returned the pizza. We had also ordered drinks and calzone and only meant for a refund for JUST the pizza by Itself. They went above and beyond and refunded the entire order!! I told them they didn’t need to do that. I was more than ok with paying for what we ate.They were nice about it. So I am giving them 5 stars for respect.Personally, it’s not for me, but everyone has different things they like.
A little pricey however it’s some of the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had. (I worked at pizza place 8 years so truly it’s THAT good). Will be back over and over again!!
Tonight was our first time trying Donato’s. There were several people waiting when we arrived, but Terrance stepped up and apologized to everyone and promised to help everyone as quickly as possible. He was calm, kind and offered to do whatever he could to fix any issues that arose. We were blown away by his professionalism and kindness. On top of that, the pizza was INCREDIBLE! We loved the cauliflower crust! Can’t wait to go back! I also plan to use them to cater corporate/team events in the future.
Donato's Pizza has always delivered delicious pizza, every time! Their ingredients are quality and the amount of toppings are always good!We just had the best experience ever with them. Jordan delivered our pizza and when he got here I asked for some Parmesan and red pepper packets. He said he would go get them. I thought he meant just go to his car, but he got in his car and left. He went ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE to get them!! I hope he gets a raise and promotion!Thank you, Donatos, and Jordan!
First time trying it and it was amazing. Had the Hawaiian without the almonds and it was better than any other place we've had a similar pizza from. So good and would recommend to anyone looking for a good and quick pizza place.
Incredible every time. Whether my family orders delivery or pickup the pizza is great and the cinnamon bread is our favorite. The employees are extremely nice and friendly. A few times I have come in a little early for a pickup and they gave me a free drink while I wait which is very nice. Today I walked in with my son they were finishing up and gave my son a free drink and cookie. Thank you for the great service.
Been here in Huntsville for almost 3 years, this was the best tasting pizza I have had in Alabama! Terrance gave great customer service as well, I’ll be back again for sure!
My delivery tonight basically was good but nowhere near worth the price. Of course it was the end of the night and I understand that but the quantity was very small the salads were decent but not what I expected from what I ordered from the menu. The pizza was a little overcooked. My Italian sub was pretty good though. All in all the food was good, not amazing, and not worth the price. Delivery was on time and the food was really hot though!
I felt like I was meeting a celebrity when the owner personally delivered my pizza! ? Many places are experiencing issues with staffing, supply shortages, you name it, but he stepped right up to make it right (and I wasn't even complaining). That is proactive. Donatos has a great variety but the large thin crust pepperoni is my favorite. Coworkers order the cauliflower crust. We also like the fresh salads. Friendly staff when I order pick up as well. Kudos to all ?
Every time I order from this pizza place the food is hot and fresh and cut exactly how I like it. The best pizza in Madison and HSV for sure.
