I ordered two pizzas, a pasta, and some bread bites and when they were delivered the guy put my food on the ground and then handed it to me but when he was handing it to me he dropped my bread bites, scooped them back into the box and then continued to try to hand them to me and said he didn’t touch them even though the ground did. And then he proceeded to ask me what I wanted him to do about it… I want you to take it off my bill?. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times but this is my last.
Ordered online for 2 pizza specials for a scheduled meeting on 7/14/22. Scheduled the delivery for 5:15 pm and gave specific details of where to deliver. Waited outside for the delivery for 20 minutes and tried to call the store 2 times and no one answered either time. Went inside and was told the delivery came at 4:55 and I was not there to pay. In the meantime, the delivery came back and brought the pizza. Now the pizzas were 35 minutes on the road and the thin crust pizza was just room temp, if not bordering cold. Unacceptable at best. I know places are struggling for workers, but the ones there need to get things done right.
We ordered 3 different pizzas tonight and they were all on point,if you have not tried the garlic parmesan sauce then you are missing out, we usually stick with a red sauce and tonight we decided to try something different and was not disappointed. In the picture is a medium pan spinach and onion with the garlic parmesan sauce.
This store makes the best cookie brownies and usually delivery is great, but my driver didn’t offer change and I have bad social anxiety so i didn’t ask.. ended up tipping 75%.. please offer change next time. I always tip regardless.
This store is timely, friendly and the food is amazing. Domino's has really stepped it up over the last several years. My fav is the spinach/feta thin crust pizza
Third time in a row they haven’t put the garlic on my crust and it makes a huge difference. Dominoes is my favorite, but it’s disappointing every time.
They WOULD NOT answer the phone. Called and called, never any answer. Kept door locked, even during business hours, about 1 hour before closing.Update: They answered the phone after calling numerous times. However, the staff were friendly and they got the order right.
My delivery driver, Kenan, was great. I’ve ordered from this store multiple times while staying in a hotel in Madison the last 30 days. The food is always fresh, the orders correct, and Kenan is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the typical attitude and service I’ve come to expect from service and delivery workers. I hope he’s taken care of and sticks around. Good job guys and gals!
Absolutely garbage. Been waiting over an hour. If you can't meet the timeline then state it. Technology is there and you can't keep hiding behind excuses. Do NOT order from here unless you like cold pizza. Such a disappointment
Is it just me, or are large pizzas getting smaller and smaller. The price keeps getting higher though. Over $30 for two of these is ridiculous. I had to go back to the website to verify what they claim the size of large pizza is. They claim 14" but this is clearly 13". Seems they used to be a lot bigger than that but still.
