We had the worst experience here. After waiting in line twice, the staff refused to allow my order. Stating the order had to be placed online even though I was in-store. He was rude to me, and I'm not sure why. It made us so upset. We left and went to Wendy's. It seemed like a prank, honestly, I laughed at first, thinking it must be. It wasn't a prank, he wouldn't serve me. I honestly felt for the first time in my life that it could have been because of my race. I hate to even say it, but I could not come up with anything else. He was so friendly and overly accommodating to his same race customers in from of me in line. Please ask him. All I wanted was a kids meal. The man working the registered acknowledged me and tried to make me feel better. He said I heard him, I know, and I will tell "them". I believed him and went on hoping he would tell someone.

My son and I went to the Madison location last night. When we got there to order we were told they were out of chips, steak, tortilla shells, guacamole and a couple of other items. However, we could clearly see these items were in stock. We were told if we wanted any of these items we would have to order online because they have to reserve certain foods for online orders only. It was crazy. The only reason we stayed and ordered online is because it was my son's birthday and this is where he wanted to eat. We will not be back to that location.

Been here several times. Disappointed every time. Todays issue was that out of 5 entree orders, none of them had more than a teaspoon of meat on them. This is not the first time and not an exaggeration. This threw off the temp and flavor of everything as it was virtually all cold ingredients (salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, etc.). To add insult to injury we ordered a family chips and guacamole and got a small. Management, feel free to jump in at some point!… Or maybe it’s management that has them cutting the meat portions due to supply? Who knows. Either way, this should be corrected.

One of the female employees at the grill did not provide me good service. Despite of me constantly telling her to add more to the bowl, she would not plus she was rushing me. I understand employees usually rush customers because its busy, but it was SUPER SLOW when I went. Chipotle needs to do better when hiring people.

Chipotle is one of my favorites. I find it to be significantly better than alternatives such as Moe's. However this location has gotten our orders slightly wrong a handful of times, and the mobile pickup line can sometimes be incredibly slow depending on the time of ordering. Food taste good though.

Very dirty restaurant, will never go back. Very few to no people there yet it looked like there had been a food fight yesterday and everything was left on and he floor and tables overnight. This was less than an hour after they opened.

Management needs to read these comments and do something about it. I was there tonight and had a horrible experience, the lady working the window was so rude and my order is all messed up. Not to mention, they didn’t close my queso and it spilled all over the bottom of my bag….And this is right after getting my order. Ridiculous.

This is just pathetic truly. How can anybody prepare this and think it was done? Missing sour cream, lettuce, corn, mild sauce, hot sauce… I mean that’s HALF of what I ordered. I hope the owner/managers take a little more pride than this

I won’t go through the pickup lane again. Perhaps not back again at all. I ordered and paid for double protein burrito bowl, did NOT get double protein- at best it was 3/4 of a regular order. I ordered extra fajita veggies and got 2 slices of onion and one slice of bell pepper, they totally forgot the fresh tomato salsa and the cheese. What’s the point in a convenience drive thru line? I’m assuming it’s that they can charge for extras and leave off half the order and you won’t know til you get home?
