I actually went threw the drv thru and they had an attitude I guess because I had to unlock my card to pay for the order, all because I forgot my card was lock and when I got my co worker two piece fish dinner they was missing they hush puppies. So I had to turn around to go back and get them when I arrived they act like was irritated because I asked for them and when I did get them they was burnt. So my co worker was just like forget we just won't go back there. So the service was terrible and the food was terrible. Waste of money and time. Will NEVER GO BACK
I’m sorry but I am used to not so great places but this place was nasty but say we move past that we found hair in two different meals I mean come on it’s not that hard to wear a hair net then the fact that the floor was wet and my disabled grandmother almost fell i am very disappointed
They have done away with their claim dinners. I don't go there anymore

My husband and I eat here nearly every time we deliver to Madison al. Usually it's really good, but today we were very disappointed to see they have changed the fish it no longer tastes or looks like your white fish it looks like the bleached out chicken that they use for chicken nuggets it has no flavor and the texture is awful. I hope the changes they've made don't last long before they come back with the original recipe. Until then I won't be eating at captain D's. Although the girl behind the counter was very professional and good they need to get her some help. It shouldn't be one person taking care of the counter and the drive-thru that would be too much for anybody especially during a lunch rush thumbs up to you girl you're a hard worker! Great job.
Great food and friendly staff. Would recommend if you like traditional fast food seafood.

We went through the Drive thru and ordered a 10 pc Family Meal. All of our fish looked as if it was fried in another type of grease , because it had a different look to it and smell. I've tried calling the restaurant and I don't get an answer.
The food is ok at best but the drive-thru service is great. The person at the window had an enthusiasm that made what is usually tedious fin.
