This is my local BK of choice because I know how clean Cassie and Trina keep the store and that is my #1 consideration; especially during a global pandemic. Willow, whom has been promoted to her own store in Athens, is the same way. Very clean. Are they slow? Sometimes it takes a few but I have waited a lot longer at Taco Bell. My food is always hot at both though. I'm not real happy with the prices going up to almost double on some items so I will cut my visits to every other day to maintain my "foodie budget". As far as patience at the drive thru goes, if it's between 9 and 10 am, between 2 & 3 pm or after 7 pm... this BK is where I get the fastest service. If it's between 10 and 11 am, after 4 but before 5:30 then I go to Taco Bell. If it's between 8 and 9 am or 5:30 and 7 pm, I go to McDonald's. If I want breakfast after 10:30, I go to Sonic and I hit Happy Hour at Arby's a few times a month and if I am in a serious time crunch, I go to DD. Hope this helps those in a hurry but most definitely this is the cleanest (behind the counter too) ff burger joint and definitely the cleanest and friendliest BK in N. Bama.
They are getting better. When service went to the dogs I went elsewhere. It's been awhile, and they are improving. My order was prepared in a timely manner and was good, and hot even. Glad to see that the BK is coming back around with their customer service.
It's a Burger King. Not sure what else you'd expect if I'm honest. They do seem to really struggle with finding help which can make the wait times longer and the customer service poorer, but overall it's okay.

Giving 5 stars to this location because the night manager was so gracious to fulfill our online order after the Hughes road location told my girlfriend they were out of food at 9 pm on a Sunday night and she had already paid online...Hughes Rd location told her that it wasn't their problem about the payment and to take the refund up with the app and she had nothing do with that...Couldn't get Madison Blvd location to even answer the phone...I know customer service has gone to hell, but thank u so much to that manager on 72...she didn't have to do it for us, but I am glad she went beyond and that there are still some people who care...Thank u!...
We all know Burger King. So I'm reviewing this location compared to other Burger Kings.I live 1 mile from this location. It's was just built maybe a year or two ago. Beautiful building. Looks great.Due to location I have visited probably 50 times. ALWAYS the slowest drive through you will ever go through. I actually refuse to stop now if i see more than two cars in the drive through.The food is always good quality and on par with most Burger Kings.Improve drive through speed and it would be great.
Its Burger King so its good. They are understaffed so it can get busy at times.
1-8-22. 7:13 am After waiting 7 mins for someone to answer the drive-thru speaker...I tried to walk in to the lobby. Doors were locked. Woman behind the counter made eye contact with me standing outside the door but chose to ignore me. When she finally realized I wasn't leaving, she same to the door. She said the lobby was closed (despite the hours stating they open at 6am). She said "I'm the only one here and I'm trying to make food and take orders." which was a lie because I could hear her talking to other employees thru the door. Terrible customer service. I left. Will never return.
