Stopped for a bite while on the road. It was close to closing and they told us they had no beef. Seriously. Burger King with no beef. Then they ticked off all the chicken products not available. We had 1 choice by the time we were done and it was evident why it was the only thing left. It was greasy and nasty. It was pretty clear to me the employees decided they wanted to get out quick on a Friday night and shut down the grill early.
This Sunday afternoon crew are the best in Madison hands down. I order for pick up for my commercial shops. They are always on time and keep me on schedule.
I live nearby and I go here almost everyday. They had some problems during the pandemic but overall this is a pretty good BK. The food is usually good and fresh and the employees are pretty friendly.
Fast Food now always requires a longer wait, but the worker was good about letting us know.
I showed up at 11:15... I haven't eaten Burger King in over 2 years! The dining room was locked... was in line for the drive through for almost 40 minutes... got up to pay and was told to pull up to wait.... not coming back.... how does it take 40 minutes to serve 10 cars?!?!?! I am done!
The last 3 times at this location there only seemed to be 1 or 2 people workingThe line was horribly long and slow, even compared to other fast food locations nearby.The fries were scalding hot though
Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes while all the lights were on in the store and parking lot, Google said they close at midnight I went at 10:15pm not a single soul came over the speaker even after I said "hello?" 5 times... crept past the windows not a soul in sight, but 2 cars were parked in the parking lot
Slowest drive through ever!!!! Will not be back. I've seen 4 people working in the front and we have been waiting for at least 20 min. I understand short staffing but if the inside is closed and you only have drive through, what's your excuse!
I think this restaurant got a new cook and crew. My dinner was awesome and my tummy was very happy. Thank you!
Well today I did a 32.00 order off of door dash and when I told the dasher get jelly he said the crack head white girl in there said no and had an attitude. I won’t Order from them no more. Until I get a refund then I’ll delete this I’m gone post one everyday till then.
