Great ice cream, not a fan of their shakes as it tasted watered down (too much milk I suppose). Only gripe is quite a bit of ants outside and at the window.
Ordered an ice cream that was supposed to be like a blizzard. It was really runny, not at all like a blizzard. More like a shake. Still good though
It was ? delicious! We went with 5 people and even the dog got a treat. Nice staff and prompt service. Did not disappoint ?
This place always has such a great selection of ice cream, and if that isn't enough to make you smile, the friendly staff certainly will! I've never left Bruster's with a frown, and it has a lot to do with the wonderful people inside running the show. Thank you all so much!!
Today June 15 22 at 4:30 we went and we said half of our order and asked a question about the order and she did not answer, and then we pulled up to the window and she was dancing with someone else and then she was standing and staring at us talking and laughing for what? I don't know, and finally one of the workers' came to the window and we had just left, so I would say these people need more training!
It's 2022; how about an online menu (looking at you Masison location) and the opportunity to place an order online - without driving to SE huntsville?(If an app allows it, same old-man complaints... I don't want 100+ apps on my phone for restaurants)Call me lazy but I'm not driving over so I can "look" at your menu... y'all try a bit, eh?
There is no shade. It's really one of the main reasons we don't visit a lot in the summer.Ice cream is good, but sta ding in the long line in the hot sun and then having no where to go to cool off is rough.
I was able to choose the type of ice cream I wanted for my brownie delight and for my banana split. The butter pecan ice cream had pecans thst were in halves. The strawberry ice cream had real strawberries in it. I really enjoy the ice cream and service at the Bruster's in Madison alabama
