The most unpleasant drive thru cashier that I have Ever had. She was short and aggregated because I had questions about upgrading my combo meal with a peach lemonade. Then she dropped my change and acted like oh well....handed me my Wrong order out the window with no so much as a have a nice day.No one deserves that type of attitude when spending their hard earned at any establishment. Ms Melanie needs some reprimanding. If you don't like your job..quit.I will say that corporate did contact me so my complaint did not get ignored. So I will see what happens.
Clean and has good service. Update 7/22: had a good lunch here. Super friendly service and perfectly fresh food. It's nice to be able to dine in again.
This is a pretty typical Arby's for the area. It's pretty quiet inside, but has great food. Their seasoned curly fries are the best item on the menu, but their sandwiches are good too. The drive thru is fairly quick, and the staff seems about average.Located on the corner of Hughes and Hwy 72, it's a little tough to see from the street, but easy to access. Would visit again.
I placed an online order and upon arrival, I was told the item is out of stock. I was told to cancel my order online. I was not offered an alternative item or a solution and the manager did not provide any solution. I'm a manager myself and I believe in treating people right. I was not asking for anything for free but simply a substitution. I was simply told to cancel as if I didn't drive to the restaurant and wasted my time and money. I am not ok with how the service industry has plummeted in customer service & especially at this Arby's location. I did file a complaint and I hope they begin to value customers and their time. This is the second time this has happened and I will not waste my time again. I do not recommend this location.
This is a new review for 5-21-22Waited in line for 15 mins. Pulled to the speaker and sat there probably 5 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They finally asked to take my order. Got back to work cuz I was on lunch break. Food was disgusting. I've had enough of this particular location. I had a bad experience once before and went back hoping they had made some changes, but no. It's terrible and I will not be returning. I should've taken my food back for a refund. I literally took a few bites of each thing because I didn't have time to go anywhere else and I needed to eat. I wasted $8.
During the hours of 10 am til 3 pm there's only 3 people working. From 3 pm til 5 pm there's just 2 people working. They are working as hard and as fast as they can to make the orders. Please be patient as these are hard times. They are starting people out at $14 an hour. Yet, nobody wants to work.
So after asking Rebecca to remove some of this ice because it was too much and the drink taste more like WATER!!! She replied that it was ARBY'S policy to fill the cups with ice first! So basically we are paying for ice more so than the drink no matter the taste. I am definitely taking this to corporate! ~Andrea
We were told the line was long for a fish sandwich by an employee and changed our order and still waited as long. Slow service and the food was not up to the standard. Fried had tiny pieces and the roast beef was thrown on the sandwiches.
Highway 72 Arby’s is the best at lunch time! Fries always hot and everything Is fresh. The older lady that works the drive thru makes sure it’s good!
Very understaffed, therefore slow! It was just after 11am, 6 people waiting on placed orders and 8 in drive through. No jamoca shake because the machine was down.
