Short handed and still friendly. Trying to get food out as fast as they can. Appreciate their efforts.
Yesterday was difficult right but I stopped by the Arby's. The young lady at the window made my day. Her smile & just being nice brightened the rest of my day. Tyra I tried to call the store so I could tell your manager what an impact you made on me. Thank you so much & I liked the sweet sauce lol.
Purchased a club wrap and they are rolling these different and not putting ANY meat in them anymore to make them look bigger! This is insane!!! Why is this happening everywhere??? You will eventually lose customers selling nasty food like this. I have a picture but of course I can't post it.
Arbys is my favorite restorant bit this specific place has manage to messed up my orders every single time, i ussually ask for a number 4 combo, 7 piece wings and an apple turn over, if is not the fries is the wings or the apple turn over but they always, skip or forget to put one of the items in the bag, every time i go i am attended by alicia, ill keep adding a bad review every single time they get my order wrong again
Food is good when there is someone who is willing to take the order and not take up long periods of time between each order. Example 45 minutes to get to order box and asked to wait 10 more minutes till they would take the order. With gas prices the way they are they need to pick up the pace.
Horrible experience, seems like the meal was just slapped together in a rush I understand that they're shorthanded but at least take your time to make the customers meal properly.
We got or order and the fries were cold and stale and our child’s 4 piece nugget’ had a jalapeño popper. Suppose she ate it she is 5 . So really it was a 3 piece . I’m really disappointed. This location has gone down in service . Even the Sprite we got tasted like tap water .Oh did I say they were out of Mac and cheese!I blame the management ! Smh.
I can get my food faster at a fancy restaurant than one car moving in line here.
Arby's Roast Beef is what you'd expect at any Arby's, but unfortunately everything else was a letdown. Curly fries were cold, Mac and Cheese special had undercooked elbow noodles and the cup was only half way filled (good thing since it was such a letdown). The staff was non-communicative with only the total for the bill being spoken and I being the only one to say thank you. No napkins and I had to request the sauces instead of them being offered. More concerned with sending texts than doing their job. Disappointing experience all the way around and the good sandwich is all that kept it from a single start experience.
I ordered the Diablo chicken sandwhich tonight and they said that the shake machine was down. That was supposed to be part of the experience but they gave me a soft drink to substitute it. The sandwich was ice cold in tempeture. The chicken seemed like it had been sitting around for a few hours. Then when I asked for ranch the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me. I wont be back to this location.
