Absolutely the best, every time!Always perfectly cooked and my orders have never been wrong!I love seeing the actual happy and friendly staff as I walk around the corner to place my order and it's why I refuse to use the drive thru, even though I'm always taking my orders to-go.Positive environment with positive vibes is something that you can't find just anywhere.This Zaxby's always has that special five star touch that I can't get enough of.Thank you for making dinner again this evening, I very much appreciate it.
The past few times I have ordered here I have not received a zax sauce that usually comes with the big zak snack meal. Today, I asked the girl who was taking my order at the drive thru if they stopped putting in the sauce and she said they still do that, but once I got my food and looked in my bag I still did not have one. Not sure why she would say they still put the sauce in and then that not be the truth. I also wanted to go big on my order and the girl seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and was kind of giving attitude. The sweet tea has been really disappointing lately as well, with a strong taste of nasty tap water. Not sure what has been going on lately, but it's a quite disappointing overall.
So, just went here for lunch today at 12:30pm. Walked in to grab some food to go and we were told that we could not be served because the drive through was full. However, the dining room is half full of old white senior citizens. The last person served in front of us is a mom and two kids. ??Then the only two men of color in the place are told this?! Smh...Walked out of course. Never coming back!!!
Who doesn't love chicken fingers? Love the spicy Zaxby's sauce! Service is always great! I will say that I order through the app a lot, so I haven't eaten inside, but it seems like it's always clean.

Left sitting for several minutes while no one was ahead of me. Then made to pull forward and two car behind me get their food before they bring out my order which is incomplete. When I went in to get it corrected they had plenty of employees working.
Usually the food is really good, but I got a signature club sandwich meal and the sandwich was entirely raw
Ordered a salad with an extra ranch and fried mushrooms. Had to pull forward and wait for them to cook the mushrooms which I didn’t mind. When I finally got my order and went home I open it to find not only is there no ranch at all, but they gave me cheese curds instead of fried mushrooms.
