Keeps improving toward normal. Have noticed the salad portions seem a bit smaller. Really hot out in the drive thru and Cristal Mason was doing a great job getting payments completed and keeping the line moving.
The food was decent, but the girl working the serving line had bad work ethic. She was trying to mess with the other girls working the front. She then served us only two of our three kids meals, incompletely, then gave me attitude when I came back up to get the rest of my food.
The very nice woman that was taking orders outside on 5/11/22 at around 7:15 pm was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I normally go to this zaxbys because they never get my order wrong but now I will only go to this zaxbys because of the wonderful customer service.

Usually when I go to this Zaxby's the food is good. Last night I went to pick up a salad for my husband and I, and the food was old. It has happened before at the one on North Parkway. I really get frustrated when my food is not fresh and as good as advertised. I usually tell them I can wait for fresh food. I just do not feel like I should have to tell them that....SMH
My visit to Zaxby's was great...the me an taking our orders was very friendly and made us laugh...his name was Garrick...he was great. The food was delicious as always, but when you find a friendly person in fast food and/or dining restaurants...that is a great thing.??
Awful service and food. Cashier at drive thru not friendly. Came home to find out I only received part of my order. Missing chicken tenders and toast was burnt. Check your food before you pull off. I will not be returning to this Zaxby’s location.
Came by tonight to get wings. We ordered 20 traditional wings. Notice how I said 20. I don’t think the people working here are capable of counting. We pulled forward after getting the wings and I counted them one by one in the parking lot. There were 16 in the box. I told my husband to go back around and he accidentally misspoke and said there were 14 in the box. We go back around and they had a box of 5 for us. Now I know how to do math and that would have only been 19 total had we only been given 14 originally. Imagine shorting us wings that we paid $25.00 for. Will never return. Learn how to care about your customers and learn how to do simple math. Imagine all the people before us that have been shorted and just never paid attention to it.
Service at this location was fast, I give them that. There were 5 cars ahead of me at the drive thru but it went by very quick. However, it's never a good thing when you open your salad box and you immediately see the bottom of the box! Plenty of chicken but very little lettuce most if it was the big green leafy outer pieces, very little cheese and onions. Boneless wings were correct even if half of them were very dry! Ya'll used to be better than this!
