I ordered online and after arriving at the time it said the order would be ready, they said they didn’t see the order when it was placed so they would make it then. I ordered the 4 piece chicken finger plate with double fries and was in disbelief when I got home and opened the box. 2 literal chicken nuggets and 2 tiny “chicken tenders”. The chicken didn’t even really have a taste without sauce. The Zaxby’s on Memorial Parkway is consistently better and I’ve used both locations often. Probably won’t be retuning to this one.
Food was very good and fresh. It was prepared quickly.

I paid for extra sauce that they did not give me and they put my wings in the bottom of the bag and set my box on top of it causing the sauce to leak out. Very unpleased.
Drive up is a bit slow, but always busy lately. Food is always hot, salads are always cool.
My sons used to work there and quit due to the disrespect from management. Food is frequently made wrong or just badly. Customer service is non-existent and we have had to turn in employees for smoking weed on the premises and for yelling and cussing about hating their job in front of customers in the drive-thru line. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT
The food is exactly as you expect it to be but I don't believe the girl taking our order ever looked up, smiled or said anything polite and then the lady who brought our food to the table never even spoke.. set it down and walked away. I would give them a one on professionalism as as for the food, it is what you expect it to be.
I ordered a Cobb Zalad grilles and the forgot the egg and bacon. I informed the cashier of the mistake and the person making the salad started yelling at me from the kitchen being very smart and rude. All I asked for was for my order to be corrected. Smh I will never order from this pathetic location again. Poor customer service!
One of the best Zazbys in town. After having a bad experience at South Pkwy I got a gift card for my troubles so I came to this one instead. They answered my questions, gave me everything I asked for, & food was fresh & hot. Just a great experience at this location. Wish I knew the name's of the one's that helped me that day because they deserve a shout out on there service!
The original colon-cleansing diet! Zaxby's used to be good but they have declined greatly recently. The once large chicken breast sandwich with honey mustard is now about half the original size, and no more honey mustard, only mayonnaise!
