We have been here many times cause we live in the area and we have ordered through the app a lot but I’ve never seen a place mess up on my sauces more then this one very disappointed.
This store actually used to be fantastic. I came in today to place a togo order. The young man taking orders didn't look like he wanted to be there (neither did the rest of the FOH staff). I was the only one approaching the counter to order and there was no greeting, no smile, eye contact whatsoever (Red Flag #1). I said, "hi, how are you?" and he immediately said, "what can I get for you" (Red Flag #2). Unfortunately my Dad is a diabetic and only wanted Zaxby's while his sugar was dropping so I proceeded to order. We ordered one wings and things and a 5 piece chicken tender plate with double fries (extra crispy). We received our order within a couple of minutes and my fries were very limp. Went back up the counter to another individual who had an attitude and let her know my fries were supposed to be extra crispy. She took it to the kitchen and was supposed to get it corrected, however, the same limp fries are on the bottom with 5 or 10 extra crispy fries placed on top. Somehow the 5 tenders turned to 4. Called once I made it home and was placed on hold with no answer. If it was not for my Dad's sugar dropping, I would gladly drive back and get a full refund. He is eating his while I threw mine away since I believe it to have been tampered with. Horrible service. Food quality greatly lacking. Hospitality bottom of the barrel. Ambiance poor. Would not recommend, but I would recommend someone check on this store and retrain this establishment. Chk #2469 6/24/22 @3:12p. Would love for corporate or the owner to contact me.
Staff was friendly but unhelpful. Food was terrible and there is no wheelchair accessible entrance. The bathrooms were filthy, overall not the best place to eat. Have a nice day everyone:)
This is the wrist Zaxby's I have every been to they have this old white guy that is racist and very rude to the black customers he was working drive thru with I came through in will.never be back that is uncalled for especially what is going on in the world today can't even get a nice meal anymore just sad
I swear the salads used to be bigger. I paid 8$ for half a salad. Zaxbys has gone downhill over the years imo.
Constantly get orders wrong. Bad customer service. Everytime I go it's been a few months maybe it's better. It's never better
So I clicked the order now on website and Apparently it was not the zaxby's website it was a Grubb southwebsite which charged me $51 some change which I was should have only been charged $33.97 I am very unhappy about this so anyone else that is going to be ordering online make sure you hit the website button and not the order now button because you will be ordering from Grubb South and they will charge you $18 extra than what she would normally be charged.
Asked if I could get grill chicken on one sandwich that cost more was told no. Asked why not and was told you just can’t do that. So then I ordered the grilled sandwich with the special sandwich toppings and paid less lol. Rude service and smart mouths and wouldn’t even make eye contact. Order was all wrong, didn’t receive sauces I paid for. Won’t be back, can’t handle the untrained kids they hire.
I ordered a cobb salad tonight. There was no eggs or bacon on my salad. And they didn’t give me my ranch and i don’t have any at home because my parents suck at grocery shopping and the ranch we had was old af. So sad i really wanted to enjoy my salad tonight. too lazy to drive all the way back to get it.?????????
The Buffalo Wings (bone In) were excellent, although pricey.. Hot sauce and blue cheese dressing, Hummm...
