ANYONE THAT HAS CAME HERE; CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT CHARGE YOU TWICE!Came here Thursday, June 30th. My friend and I got yogurt and the total was $16.82.They charged my card TWICE for it! It’s been a few days since then and it’s still has not been refunded, so I know that means this wasn’t one of those “mistakes” charges.Waiting on a response from the “manager” since he’s out of town and I hope this gets refunded.Won’t return here; I work hard for my money and I don’t want it to go to another greedy corporation that under pays their employees.
This is a great place to get ice-cream or yogurt. They many delicious options to choose from and a wide variety of toppings to chose from. The staff are very friendly as well. It is very clean as well. I highly recommend yogurt mountain if you have a sweet tooth or your just looking for somewhere to take the family.
Came here with my sister and her boyfriend last week. Between the three of us we got several different flavors. Almost all of them were absolutely delicious. One wasn’t to our palate but overall I was impressed. Very satisfied. ???
Amazing employees! Greeted me upon entry and was able to answer all of my questions. The store manager, Amber, was very sociable and knowledgeable about the store. She introduced me to the Yogurt Mountain app which has many ways to save money. I recommend going during happy hour from 11:30-4 Mon-Thurs. My favorite yogurt is the Pink Lemonade sorbet. Everything was clean, the waffle cones were crunchy and fresh, and the whipped cream was delicious!
Disappointed! The flavors that we had tried lacked flavor, very bland. Strawberry should taste like strawberries, the chocolate was bitter. Some of the toppings were stale, cheesecake, candy bar bites, and the peanuts. The fruit/fruits had too much water in the dishes, and most of the fruits weren't firm. The prices were reasonable. The store was clean and inviting. The staff were too busy looking at their cell phones to interact except when we checked out. We love frozen yogurt and do not have access to one in Guntersville, AL.
Great tasting yogurt. Everything in the store was clean, and well stocked. The employees were also great! Olivia was very friendly and helped me pick out what I wanted to get. I couldn't ask for a better yogurt experience.
My Granddaughter and I come here, at least 2 times a mth. We ALWAYS enjoy our visit. The yogurt and toppings are TOP NOTCH. Staff friendly and helpful. We're coming back, tomorrow, Saturday ?.
Great place for family and friends to meet for ice cream,just wish they would open back up on Hampton cove side .
Build your own, pick up a cup and slowly go down the row that offers over a dozen choices of flavored yogurt such as chocolate, Mississippi mud, brownie, vanilla, Oreo, strawberry and so many more. Then on the other side of the room is a counter loaded with toppings to add to your cup, too many to list but there is something for everyone.
