Very busy, did not appear to have enough staff. Tables needed cleaning, several soft drinks were out of syrup. Fries were HOT, very good, burgers were not the best buy ok.
On Sat 16 July at 1pm the cashier was so self involved entertaining himself, and no one else. People were waiting extra time and orders were getting mixed up. This young man is clueless about customer service and was putting his need for self entertainment ahead of customers in line
Great food. Clean restaurant. The staff did well. The Best Wendy's chili I have Had in years.
The food I received was cold . Paying 20 bucks for two combos to only be giving food that was sitting under a hot plate for a while is a no go for me. I love Wendy’s the customer service was great. Management please push for better quality of food.
Food was pretty good as always. Very busy drive-thru.
Second time we have had this same experience, door is unlocked, we get the kid out and go in to have a rude manager, very snarkly tell us the lobby is closed. No signs and door is unlocked. So we have to deal with a sad and crying 2 year old because she was happy to be able to eat inside.
Such friendly & professional staff. They always get your food to you fast. One of the only fast-food restaurants around where you don’t have to sit in a line for an eternity.
Wendy's has a terrific cheeseburger and their fried chicken sandwiches are good too.One of my fav fast food places.
First time trying this Wendy's locatin in HUNTSVILLE! I was excited to Dine-in this fast food restaurant but unfortunately it was closed! Which was the only thing that I didn't like about it. We had to drive through, there was a long line we waited for a while to get our food but it worth it very tasty Burger and fries. The service was fast, I noticed that employees were trying their best because it was very crowded they did a good job under that much pressure, the women cashier that works at drive through was very nice and friendly wish her all the best. Overall their food and service is good.
ZERO STARS IS TOO GENEROUS. If i could give this place negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY business. My husband and I went through the drive through and when he started ordering the employee taking our order kept cutting my husband off and wouldn’t let him finish with our order. I was attempting to tell him what I wanted to order and she began yelling through the speaker at us to hurry up. I said “just give us a second” to which she replied “you’re the passenger and I was not talking to you I don’t need to give you a second you’re not ordering”. At this point I’m so appalled I could not believe how ridiculous this poor excuse of a human was acting. I told my husband we would just take our money elsewhere and the employee continued to yell through the drive through speaker that we could “pull up to the window and she would show us” as if she was trying to start a physical fight. My husband pulled up to the window and calmly said “you can’t treat your customers like this” to which the child started screaming again that she didn’t need to give us a second and she wasn’t talking to the passenger. All while about four of her coworkers stood next to her, just staring. Another girl finally came to the window and her ONLY RESPONSE WAS “well are you going to drive back around and order or not”. We left and won’t ever spend a cent at this establishment again. I don’t care what the circumstances are, you do not treat people this way and absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. If i had the owners number, I would be calling. PATHETIC!!!
