First and foremost most had I seen the 88 health and sanitation score on the way in I would have went back. Secondly, the food is overpriced and mediocre. My husband had the classic with fries, meh. I had the buffalo chicken with o-rings. The chicken was salty and there was more buffalo sauce and ranch on the plate than the sandwich. A burger, a sandwich, two sides, and two drinks add up to forty dollars of disappointment. I wish I could go way back and walk into Mei Wei or Jersey Mikes.
They were out of tater tots so i settled for the cajun fries. Pretty good although not hot when i got them (dined in). The burger was their classic double which was tasty.
They forgot my bacon on my double bacon cheeseburger but I was so hungry I ate it anyway really good burger just next time I'll check my order before I leave. But all in all good food I still enjoyed it. Give them a try I think you will enjoy the food.

We purchased lunch today for our staff, we were all very impressed. The taste, freshness, price, and the service at pick up was great. I highly recommend!
I would have gave five stars but this place seems to lack the Southern Hospitality one associates with the South! The heavy set Asian looking person who took my order lacks any type of civility! Not even an hello or a thank you from that person! The 2 African Americans working there seemed to go above and beyond their duties. I understand having a bad day but based on some of the other reviews, it seems to be a way of operating the business at this establishment. Aside from that, the chili cheese fries were great, the Onion ring burger was good, and the prices are very competitive. If one can avoid that person at around 2pm and pick another time to go to this restaurant, I suggest giving this place a try on your way through Huntsville, Alabama!
Food was disgusting. The buns were stale, and the ORings (fries/onion rings) were so cold that they were stuck together. The ironic thing is I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my meal as of it was made fresh, obviously it wasn't. Don't waste your time or money!
I’ve patronized this restaurant several times since moving here a few months back. It’s great place to grab a tasty burger while on the go; however, the staff is bottom-of-the-barrel awful. Once you enter the premises and an employee chooses to acknowledge your presence, they merely stand at the register, poised to punch in your order, with zero eye contact. No “Hello.” No “How can I help you?” No “May I take your order?” Nothing. If you bid them “Hello” or “Have a nice day,” they don’t reply, nor do they so much as glance in your direction. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s ridiculous. So much for southern hospitality…
Grilled chicken for my caesar salad was like leather...overcooked...took 15 min. To get salad....very little lettuce but lots of croutons
Classic As Is, O-Fries, and a drink. Burger was great as were the onion rings with the Red Gold ketchup, the fries were okay, but it is hard to compete with those number Guys fries that are fresh cut and fried in peanut oil
